The cafe has continued to decline in food quality, customer service and convenience for the last 4 years. Mike, the cook, is the only one that maintains his position and effectiveness. There is only one item that I purchase during lunch, as others are overpriced or have been replaced with less quality ingredients, and was told today that I couldn't order this item due to the only cooking mechanism they have being down for cleaning during the lunch hour. I used to visit each day for breakfast and lunch and now maybe visit once every other week if I'm desperate. The current manager is rude and unfriendly and she happens to be the interim manager for another who is never around, always smoking outside or on the phone. The recent renovations were only done to guest seating, which wasn't ever the problem. The list goes on.
