Top 3 burgers I’ve ever had.
Awesome spot to chill alone, take a date or converse with friends and family.
The staff have fun personalities and seem like a family. That can sometimes take away from the engagement of the customer.
I had a difficult time originally finding this spot as it is located inside a multi tenant building.
I will be back.

I went back to one of my old favorites today after a year away, and man, has it changed. They’ve moved to all pre-batched cocktails (bottled at Earl Giles), and the creative vibe is totally gone. The bartender was flying solo and seemed stressed just pouring from bottles. I actually sent a drink back because it didn't taste fresh, but they still charged me for it—which is a huge bummer compared to how they used to treat customers. It’s a shame, but I’m taking this one off my 'best of MPLS' list

Used to be the best burger in MN when they had only one burger option in the menu. They now have a new menu with a few burger options and I think the old one is now the Parlour burger. The quality is definitely worse than it was…. Ours was very dry and had only one patty (used to have 2).

This place is such a vibe! It's kind of underground and hidden. I ordered the chicken sandwich and fries, and it was pretty good! The drinks were phenomenal as well. The place is relatively small, but it's a nice bar-like restaurant or lounge to hang out at.

Please for the love of god, do not change anything about the burger.
Came here for the first time a few years ago and was forever changed by experiencing that burger, came again last month and was so happy that it lived up to my memory. I will say I have tried it at the St Paul location and it’s not as good, so stick to the Minneapolis one. Thank you Parlour

The burger was great but the fries left something to be desired. Cocktails were good and service was fast.

Stopped in here to catch up with a friend. Very unique located below street level giving a Cheers vibe. Lovely low light and quiet place to talk and hang out.

Super wonderful little lounge and the fries are too die for and the burgers hit the spot. The low light and tables make it extremely difficult to navigate as someone who's visually impaired and the isle way to the bathroom if you had a dog and wheelchair I'd guess wouldn't fit. It's mostly booths and couches so if a low couch or booth presents an issue, I typically order to go. I went as a birthday celebration and we ended up leaving for a better place where I could see my friends and despite being an influencer I wouldn't have been able to film anything in the low lighting. I was very annoyed that the waiter couldn't ignore my service dog then asked to pet her as he reaches down and pets the working dog staying he had one too, I'd be mad if I had a dog allergy then that waiter had served my food there's like safety reason as to why you can't interfere with the working dogs, management really needs to have that ADA lesson retaught or regone over. My overall impression the food was great drinks heavy and the waiter was nice but he served half the table with food and they finished and I had to ask where the rest of the food was and the waiter was like oh you never got it ? Like dude your our tables waiter how do you not know. My coke and rum was on point and my friends liked the heavy pour but after we ate we went someplace more accessible to finish the night.

Great first visit!
Currant Crush cocktail was tart and sweet and I’d totally get again! So tasty!
Bourbon Bacon burger was delicious- better than one I had at a different Twin Cities restaurant. It was crispy and tangy and sweet and mouth watering good.
And the fries were basically perfect, didn’t need anything for dipping.
Vibes 10/10. Would come again :)

Dark and cool vibe for a little speakeasy. Pretty disappointed in their version of a cheese board. Not the heat types of cheese and it comes with some crackers and jam. Blah if you ask me!
