I ordered the Vietnamese noodle salad. What I got was basically stir fry in a thick gooey sauce with some rice noodles thrown in. Not the fresh fish you'd expect. It was disgusting and I threw it in the garbage. Egg roll was pretty awful as well. Bubble tea was good though. Twenty dollars.

The past few times I’ve placed an email online order through a delivery service, the driver has to sit outside for way too long, eventually cancels and the next driver has to wait 20+ minutes again and the order eventually gets cancelled.
Scrumptious dumplings, hit-the-spot bubble tea, and wonderfully friendly service made my first stop at Pham’s more than memorable.

Guy at the register was cool, the Banh Mi was good, and the boba was not bad. Overall a good quick stop.

Trung was very easy to work with for our event where we had Pham's Rice Bowl cater. It was easy to communicate and order the dishes, which were very delicious. The cheese wontons were a hit for our group. We had dietary restrictions for certain dishes and Trung was very accommodating, as well. Great affordable caterer!

Second time this "restaurant" has cost me my lunch in a year. Figured they might be worth another try but their sheer inability to use basic technology or properly care for customers by simply MAKING A CONFIRMED ORDER THAT RECEIVED PAYMENT makes this genuinely the worst place I have EVER eaten. Don't waste your money, they are so inept I am surprised they stay open in any way. Garbage, awful service, and more than likely going to screw you over if you order via an app. Close already so someone else can do it better. Disgusting.
Perfect and delicious! The vegetable egg roll was crispy, light, fresh, delicious; the noodle salad was savory, dense, flavorful; the bahn mi was economical, delightful. We went ham on our salad! It was big and juicy.
The Midtown Global Market setting is fun and festive and celebratory. What more can you ask for?
Vegetarian options: The vegetable egg roll was great!, and there were other veggie related options.
Kid-friendliness: Our son enjoyed the egg roll, and the service/waiter was very friendly!

Orange Chicken and Pad Thai just weren't very good. Kinda bland. Lots of the chicken was too tough or chewy. There's better stuff out there.
Absolutely LOVE Pham's chicken Pho, it's by far one of the best items they have on their menu.

Ever since visiting Midtown Global Market for the past 10-11 years, I have given Pham's Deli a few times of trying and I am sad to say that if the food here was decent in the previous years, then the quality had decreased dramatically. What I would have perceived as a 3 can now only be satisfied with a 2 rating, especially after my experience here two weeks ago.Previously I have ordered bahn mi, pho, etc. from them, and those are probably the two dishes that I can still order from them and be okay with it. Their bubble tea was clearly made from powder and tasted very artificial with no soul, especially nowadays that the world is catching up on providing quality bubble tea, the bubble tea here still tasted like it was trying to fool the Americans. Two weeks ago when my partner and I were here, my partner ordered some dumplings from them and I took a bite. I have almost never had to had my partner finish her food after just one bite, and those dumplings did so, unfortunately. They looked sloppy and tasted like water, to the point that I decided to not take a photo at all.Overall I think there are way better Vietnamese food places elsewhere in the Twin Cities, but if one is in the Midtown Global Market and craves Vietnamese food, then sure I would still say yes to giving Pham's Deli a shot, ordering the right things.
