Really expected to love this place but overall had a pretty disappointing experience. Unfriendly service, order was incorrect, and food was expensive and only ok. Food was served cafeteria style and had clearly been sitting for hours even though we arrived at peak dinner time (~7pm). Coconut rice was noticeably old, dry, flavorless, and rock hard. Oxtail and plantains were tasty if a bit pricy. Some of the side dish prices were just ridiculous: 6$ each for a beef patty, 1.50 for a dollop of bbq sauce, and 5$ for essentially a hawaiian roll. Sadly, I will not be back.

The food was good enough to make the impressively slow service worth it. Despite having no line, we waited for 20 minutes. Definitely get the bone in chicken.

Wish I could've give 0 star. I ordered boneless jerk chicken, it was Shredded chicken instead. Would've been nice If they had wrote Shredded next to the name so people know! The rice was tasteless, the price is not worth it for the food. Couldn't eat atleast half of the good, throw it away and won't recommend this place!

I went in as they are unable to take phone orders, no one was in there and looked pretty dark, the food was sitting uncovered for god knows how long. I purchased the jerk chicken meal for darn near 20 bucks okay fine I pay. I get to work to eat my for before my night shift and the rice was so hard and crunchy and I was kind of scared to eat the chicken if the rice was maybe days old well that at least what it taste like or say out too long the rice was so hard it hurt my teeth not like undone but old rice. I attempted to call the restaurant at 3:52pm on a weekday no one answered to discuss my concerns so they could potentially makes changes so they will not loose business and fix the issue. No way to contact so I am leaving my honest review.

Bad! Starting with horrible presentation of the food. Spicy!!! I love spicy food, but when it takes over, flavor and it is not good. Jerk chiken was dry and flavorless. I love eating jeark chiken from Florida. I had it multiple times, and this was the first time I couldn't eat it. Plantains were soggy, like from a frozen box. Salad was bad, and it tasted old. Never again! Pictures and reviews are very misleading. I got horrible stomachache after trying it because I couldn't eat it.

Jerk chicken was moist and very flavorful. I couldn't get enough. What I really loved where their patty and kingston kick sauce. Plenty of food to eat and was made quick.
