Jasmine has great Banh mi sandwiches on Eat Street. They have a variety of meat/veg options that should suit any eater. They also have bubble tea and a wide selection of drinks. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. One thing to note, the restaurant is somewhat hidden, it is in the same unit as the bubble tea store.
I heard about Jasmine deli on my search for banh mi restaurants. I tried to come here over the pandemic but it was closed. Then, my roommate told me it was open again!My partner and I are banh mi fanatics. BEWARE: The website on this google listing is FRAUDULENT! I ordered food through it and never got a confirmation email. I called the restaurant and they informed me this site is a phishing site, there to steal your credit card info. Only order by phone or through one of the delivery sites like grubhub.The real restaurant is great. Small space but food + boba is good and staff are great.
