Had to order outside the order took over 20 minutes and it was wrong, but after that much waiting I didn't complain I didn't have time. The chicken sandwich was good

Waited in the drive-through line for what seemed like forever while I was sat there. I watched as the worker at the window continuously used a paper box to bypass the car wait time sensor that was located directly under the window. Then when I finally do get my order I’m told to verify that it’s correct and as I go to check the box to verify the content, she just asked, is the name correct to which I respond. Yes, I thought you wanted me to check the contents of the box I pull off check the box and I have the incorrect pieces of chicken when I pull around and go to the drive-through to let the other worker know with my receipt that specifically states two thighs and two drumsticks she takes. It comes back, hand me a box to which I go to my car open up the box and it’s the same pieces of chicken that were in there when I first dropped off the box to get fixed and then return go back to the window so what she tells me I can’t have certain pieces and it has to be mixed even though that’s what I specifically paid for

I door dashed Popeyes and spent around $5 on blackened ranch. I did not get any blackened ranch. This is bullshit. I want my money back.

The women here ignores you as if you’re just some bum standing around. They serviced door dash workers that came after me and I haven’t order yet. I told the woman that I’m here to order and she turned around and just kept ignoring customers that is waiting.

I went there for lunch in a Lyft got there only to realize the restaurant was closed for eat in. You had to order at a walk up window, in the rain. The service was slow the line was very busy. Even the drive thru had a long line.

Once I got home the cold slaw tasted rotten I had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with it, was ok, and some 🍟 I will not return there ever again if that's how they treat there customers. That why I gave such a poor rating, was not very happy having to order in the rain. So avoid going here not the best of service for a newer restaurant.

Pulled into Popeyes for a peaceful two-piece.
Instead I got drive-thru Fight Night.
From the jump, the speaker had bass in it like it was narrating a grudge match. I order. Voice snaps back. I respond. Now we’re trading words like it’s pay-per-view and the fries are the undercard. 🥊🚗
Cussing started bouncing back and forth through that tiny metal box like echo-location for bad decisions. For a solid 30 seconds I thought I was about to park, step out, and square up between the oil stains and the dumpster.
All over chicken.
Pulled up to the window and there’s that stare. The “say it again” stare. I’m gripping the steering wheel like it owes me money. They’re holding the bag like it’s leverage in a hostage negotiation.
Then the bag hits my hand.
And just like that… ceasefire.
Because here’s the problem with fighting at Popeyes:
The chicken is too good.
Crispy like it trained for this moment. Spice level disrespectful in the best way. I drove off still heated, took one bite, and suddenly the anger dissolved into crunch and cayenne.
Was it chaotic? Yes.
Did I almost earn a misdemeanor over a biscuit? Possibly.
Will I be back? Absolutely.
Next time I’m stretching first and ordering extra sauce. 🍗🔥
