I have worked on the Hennepin block for 6 years now, and Q & Schana have been a staple of my work life the entire time. Their service is top notch and truly the block wouldn't be the same without them!

I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Way above and beyond the call of duty...

Potbelly's is better than Subway and you can't change my mind.
The quality of ingredients are always fresh and crisp, yum!
Really loving the pumpkin shake, it really scratches that PSL itch
The employees here (as with every Potbelly's I have been to) are always upbeat and seem to truly work as a team.
Pricing is comparable to other Sub places but quality and size are better.
Keep up the great work
