As someone who was a regular at the downtown Minneapolis location, this location is so much better! The staff is friendly and laid back, the location is calmer and more inviting and the pizza melt is just as delicious.

We ordered DoorDash today and the driver delivered the wrong order, blaming the restaurant and it being busy. DoorDash gave us a full refund and I called the restaurant to let them know about the mix up in case the other person called wondering what happened. Ms. K answered and was nothing but kind and patient, offering to bring us the food herself once the lunch rush died down. 30 minutes later she arrived at my house with the food, and extra cookies! I cannot stress enough how...

I have worked on the Hennepin block for 6 years now, and Q & Schana have been a staple of my work life the entire time. Their service is top notch and truly the block wouldn't be the same without them!
