This was the best ice cream I’ve had in quite some time; the lemon olive oil was highly recommended and it hit the spot; I did the mini flight and that was a great way to try many flavors; definitely worth the wait

Have always enjoyed experiencing the unique array of flavors dreamed up by Barb at Pumphouse. Was fortunate to take her ice cream making class this winter and what a treat! She walked us through her story (learned how to make ice cream from a book!) and we learned about the deep relationships she has with her vendors and what goes into making each batch of ice cream. This class is a MUST for anyone with a love of ice cream or an interest in becoming an ice cream extraordinaire like Barb!
