Came here off the suggestion from a family member and the rave reviews. Ramen is great. Never had bamboo in Ramen and as an Asian that uses bamboo in a lot of cultures cuisine. It was different, and can be very overpowering. Thankfully this wasn't (I ordered #1 shoyu Ramen) I'm not even a fan of bamboo and this was good. Broth is everything to me in a good Ramen. And this place is spot on, noodles are cooked perfectly. Only thing I'm really sad to say is I hated...
Fun place with a lot of anime decorations. The food is delicious when it is served hot, but turned into Jell-O when I refrigerated it overnight, which made me feel a little weird. Maybe that’s to be expected?
I was fortunate enough to make it at the right time. I ordered two appetizers, the chicken and potato. Loved both. The chicken was a good one to share. The ramen broth was tasty, a very hearty bowl. Perfect for a winter, late afternoon.
