Decidedly a diner rather than a full fledged restaurant, I stopped by with friends for dinner on a Saturday. With a great location in the heart of the eastern part of Northeast Minneapolis, Relish has lots of fun atmosphere and a bright, cheery dining room. Menu is large, but again its focus on breakfast and lunch items made us immediately think twice when we tried to decide on dinner entrees. Food was fine, but was decidedly average and unremarkable. Service was friendly and prompt. Despite being in a busy area, there was lots of easy street parking nearby.Parking: Several blocks around the restaurant offer lots of options for paid street parking.

Relish has an amazing date night deal on Wednesdays: 2 drinks, appetizer, 2 entrees and dessert for only $50. I've enjoyed everything I've eaten here, but the Piccata pasta is my favorite. They make it vegetarian for me and the olives, the garlic, oooooo weeeee babaaaayy
Went to Relish for the first time today. To my surprise it's not just breakfast and lunch, but dinner as well. Food and service were great as well as all the natural light in the atmosphere. I highly recommend and will be back again. Lots of good vibes about this place.

I have cravings to be a repeat customer often and typically I’m in love with their “Grandma’s sauce” and the Relish burger is soooo juicy and the homemade pickles!! This review is actually because I tried something new and was so delighted. We went on a Wednesday which is date night at Relish. I was still able to get the meatballs and sauce with a few types of bread for an appetizer, 2 drinks, 2 entrees and a dessert all for $50! I ordered the risotto for something new and each bite I made a sound of “Mmmmm”. Our server Lee was super helpful and great energy.

This place is a bit of an oddity, but oddity may be too strong of a word. The place has a bar type setting as you walk in and I wondered if I had walked into a breakfast place? The coffee was slow dripped, strong. I ordered the Classic Breakfast w an extra egg sunnyside up, breakfast patties and potatoes. All were done to perfection. I don’t know if it’s a Minnesota thing, but why only 1 piece of toast cut in half? Definitely a place anyone can call home.

Thursdays I have discovered are $5 margarita! Super tasty and quite potent. They come in many delectable flavors. The Italian Sammie was pretty decent. If you like McD’s fries, you will love theirs. Friendly staff.

My husband and I visited Relish with friends for the first time today. We were all very pleased with the service and the bright, fun decor. My husband and I tried the breakfast seasonal hash and it was delicious! The coffee drinks were very good. I ordered a spinach salad to take out for lunch and it was fresh and tasty. Definitely would go again.
