Great food, very friendly staff and loved the vibe with murals and graffiti decor
This was a really good burger! My non-vegan folks liked it too. Plus the potatoes were scrumptious. The burrito was quite yummy too. We had the Curbside burger with hand cut potatoes, breakfast burrito, and chocolate beignets. We’ll return.
We went twice while in the area. It was great both times. We tried the lunch and the brunch menus. Their coffee is the best in the world. The mocha was flavored with cocoa powder and not too sweet. The house made cashew macadamia milk was so rich and creamy. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It’s a nice place for a date, lunch with a friend, or as a quick stop.
The mac & cheese was delicious, super creamy. The mushrooms on top were ridiculously tasty, I wish there were more of them! For dessert, the chocolate beignets were pretty good, too. Not mind-blowing, but I've never seen this option before, so it was nice to try something different.
Reverie Cafe is not just a top tier restaurant in Minneapolis, it is a top tier vegan restaurant — period. And it is a strong contender for best restaurant in the city. Wearing their anarchistic sentiment on their sleeve, the restaurant is decorated with local art all celebrating plant-based eating. It’s colorful, fun, and full of flair. The food leans more to the “junk food vegan” side, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. The menu is diverse enough in a standard fast-food way, without getting over its head. I ordered the Nashville fried “chicken” sandwich with potato wedges. The breading for the sandwich was crispy not just a mouthfeel way but in a satisfying audio way as well. Rounded off with the thick potatoes and a grapefruit soda, it was my best meal in the city. I recommend for a casual, fun lunch or dinner. It’s approachable in its menu to bring non-vegan friends as well. Make sure to check it out! Updated from previous review on 2025-04-14
Have been enjoying Reverie since they were just a food truck! Their food is AMAZING!!…from the Korean BBQ tacos, to the Berbere Sandwich….the Bulgogi Cauliflower ….you can’t go wrong. Their breakfast is amazing too (my favorite is the Tofu Breakfast Biscuit). Love when the weather is nice and can enjoy their lively patio too!!
Nachos were great and service was friendly!
Got the Mac n Cheese and soup of the day, Cheese and Broccoli. Both were amazing but the Mac n Cheese was my particular favorite!! Will be coming back a billion times!
The food was okay. Sometimes it seemed like they compromised taste to try to be unique. Their mushroom bacon was incredible! Service tended to be pretty slow. I’ve gone twice, once for lunch and once for brunch, and I don’t plan on going back. The price to quality/taste is less than other vegan restaurants in the area. I really wanted to love this place and I hope they make positive changes to their menu!
…because Seattle doesn’t do it this good. Anymore, at least. Every item we ordered was great, and I really like that they have accommodations for those with wheat/gluten issues. If I could steal this place from Minneapolis, I would.

We enjoyed the atmosphere a lot, very cute and friendly. We had the bulgogi cauliflower, the Nashville chicken, and the Cuban. Well seasoned, though fried items were quite greasy. Wedge fries were super creamy.
This place is not inexpensive; but the food is worth every single penny. It’s unique, it’s vegan, it’s delicious, and it’s healthy. The atmosphere is very comfortable. (although the music was a little bit loud for conversation). I shared the cauliflower tacos and hummus plate and we each had a glass of wine and took the yummy yummy yummy yummy yummy cheesecake home (the cheesecake seemed expensive at the time; but I will purchase it again and again. Every taste was Yum Yum Yum Yum.). a lot of times when I go out to eat I think; I could’ve saved money and just ate at home. However, I truly felt my money was well spent! The food was fresh. Very tasty. The arugula salad was phenomenal, even though it was very simple. I need to come back here way more often. Thank you very much for your dedication to healthy, tasty, vegan food. Also, their dedication to quality continues year after year. I think that’s wonderful.

Really loved the vibes of this place! So hipster and queer friendly😄got the nachos that were pretty good but would try something else if I went back. Also got the beignets and would very much recommend! It seemed a bit expensive but they didn’t seem to do tipping so balanced out a bit.
