Ordered a pizza, 55min later the app said the driver was out for delivery, 30min, after that, no pizza. (Our location in 6min from them) Tried calling, no one picked up. Not worth it!!

You guys need to lay off the drugs for me as a regular that orders the same thing every time and never picks up there orders should know that this chick is lying saying I ordered a pick up order that is something I wouldn't even order but good luck because that is crazy love the owners but who ever this manager chick is is most definitely tripping on something saying she spoke to me omg this is unbelievable!!!

Normally I've never had any issues with this location. However the last 3 times I've ordered from the Minneapolis location the food has been over an hour late past the delivery time that was posted. My partner called into the store this time to ask for an update on our food that has now reached almost 2 hours since we ordered from the time posted for our delivery. The staff member who answered the phone gave us excuses and no answers as to where our food was, then proceeded to tell my partner to "just wait" because there is only one driver, mind you this midnight on a TUESDAY. I understand the one driver thing, however...there shouldn't be any reason for our food to be this late on a weekday at this hour and if this, for some reason is normal for your this location, then perhaps figure out how to better prep your store and staff. Also to add, teach your staff how to properly fix the issues for the future instead of giving customers a bunch of "uhhhs & ummms" and being short and dismissive with us when we're not the ones taking ages to deliver a simple order.

This is our absolute favorite pizza place in the Twin Cities! The pizza is amazing, the chicken wings are delicious, the cheesy bread is the best. Amazing service every time. We order on a weekly basis, knowing that we’re getting great quality and great service.

Incredible food, nice staff. Definitely worth every penny compared to other fast food pizza joints. Literally order them whenever possible, love the pizza!

Order got delivered 45 mins later than scheduled delivery which was already an hour from the order time. The pizza and breadsticks were cold. The Diet Coke warmed up.

BEWARE they steal your money. Ordered pizza from here, usually they are great, however one of their drivers gave himself extra money by writing a tip on the receipt (found that out after I spoke to the manager). I only found out because my Venmo card told me the purchase amount changed. I called and spoke to the manager who was very receptive and said he'd speak to the driver. While I appreciate the manager it's also important for people to know that this locations drivers steal money from people. Super illegal what the driver did!!! (Otherwise sarpinos has great pizza never been disappointed with the food). Wish I could still go to this location but I can't trust the drivers!
