My family came to the Mall of America for back to school shopping. Ordered pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and mac n cheese bites for dinner…and all 5 of us agree!!!!! PERFECTION! Great job, staff:) Received our order via delivery 13 minutes early! Mac n cheese bites dipped in marinara was shockingly delectable! Thanks!!
Extremely bad customer service. The driver entered the wrong address into his GPS and then blamed me for giving him the wrong address, but they delivered to my address successfully the last 15 times. Pizza was 30 minutes late and mostly cold. Told by the guy answering the phone he knew my pizza was late because they driver already called to complain about me giving him the wrong address. 😯 PS my account, the app and my pizza box had the correct address.
