Sarpino's Pizzeria Richfield

Not the worst tasting but not great. All I ordered was cheese pizza. Was delivered and arrived warm at best. Sauce was too sweet for my taste and a little dry. The garlic bread was dry and over cooked. Also recieved pizza sauce and not the Alfredo I asked for.

The delivery driver showed up to deliver food to a assisted living facility and then started yelling at the lady sitting in the wheelchair about a pop
Even if the lady was in the wrong (i don’t think she was it said pepsi on the receipt he gave her) theres no reason to ever yell at the elderly
Highly dissatisfied he owes her an apology

They switched to using door dash for delivery and it's awful. Late deliveries, they clearly double up orders at other restaurants, delaying your delivery. My driver got within 3 blocks of my house, stopped to pick up something at Target for 15 mins before finally delivering my now fairly cold pizza. Sucks to see businesses outsource this stuff. Just pay real drivers!

No stars, only gave them one star because I had to .. oh Hell no ...I tried to Order sarpinos, 4/23/25 evening they refused to answer the phone and kept hanging up on me, approx 10 times, I drove up there and the employees were literally just standing there hanging out talking...TO SARPINOS CORP. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED , that is unreal to not answer the phones when you work somewhere...all the employees, at the Richfield location that were working on 4/23/25 need to be written up or fired ..they were not busy at all, Answer your phones you say you are open , I work at a pizza place you losers are the type of reason noone want to tip ...get a different job if you cant handle it

The pizza was great-my family liked it a lot. Cooked to order correctly and on time. Parking is a little tight, but doable. Highly recommend.

The pizza is outstanding. The amount of sauce is plentiful, crust is reasonable enough. But it is a crap shoot to even get someone on the phone at the Bloomington MN location. If you are lucky enough that they don't hang up on you then it's a struggle placing an order. The employees are not familiar with there technology. None of them are articulate enough to take your order. I keep coming back for the pizza only not for the crappy service. Update, Ownership did respond to this post with an apology for the issues. I do not know if anything was done at this moment.

The pizza here is really good, but my god the service when I last ordered was so terrible none of that matters. I ordered 2 pizzas at 11:30pm and they had an estimated delivery time of 11:50. By 12:20am the pizza was still in the "cooking" phase according to their online tracker so I called to make sure my order hadn't been cancelled, only to have them hang up the phone as soon as they picked up. I assumed they were busy so I waited a few minutes to call back, but again after I few rings I heard the phone get picked up, there was some background noise from the restaurant, and then my call was hung up again. I called 4 more times over the course of 30 minutes and every time my call was hung up.

My pizzas weren't delivered until an hour after the original delivery time. Not an hour after I placed the order, an hour after they were supposed to be delivered with no communication from the restaurant. I completely understand that places get busy, but you can't just hang up on people over an over again and expect anyone to go to your restaurant again.

Tony left the food at the front desk of the hotel. He did not contact us in any way. The hotel desk asked if there was a room they could call, he said 'No' and walked out. Our food sat for 30 minutes until I called the restaurant to check on the status if my delivery. Unacceptable and unprofessional.
It's such delicious food that I am still giving a decent rating. Next time, I'll be hovering in the lobby waiting for my food instead of chancing it with a crummy driver again.

I had a 50% cash tip in hand that the driver never received as he plopped my food down and left. Do better, Tony. If it's worth doing, it's worth doing well.

Fast delivery, decent pizza, surprisingly fresh and hearty salad.

My family came to the Mall of America for back to school shopping. Ordered pizza, cheesy breadsticks, and mac n cheese bites for dinner…and all 5 of us agree!!!!! PERFECTION! Great job, staff:) Received our order via delivery 13 minutes early! Mac n cheese bites dipped in marinara was shockingly delectable! Thanks!!

Our team had buffalo ranch chicken pizza , tajin pizza with chicken (customized to remove bacon) and had 1 order of buffalo hot wings this afternoon . All of them tasted fantastic.

First time ordering, and the last time. Pizza was very rubbery, and the appetizer we ordered was wet and soggy. Pizza actually sent me to the bathroom eventually to throw up after eating a couple of slices. Do not recommend.
