Wrong order. Received a cheese pizza instead of the pepperoni, mushroom, cheese, olive and spinach ordered. Wrong wings too! Tried to phone the pizza place but calls don’t go through.

I am writing to express the frustration and aggregation I experienced with your Roseville, MN location.

I placed an order for nine calzones yesterday at 11:00am for my students today to celebrate the end of summer school. I spoke with Niki, who accepted the order and then called back for the payment. I explained the order needed to arrive at 11:45am she confirmed.

Today, I called at 10:48am to confirm, and the male who answered the phone was rude and only responded it's in the system and hung up."

I called back today at 11:56am and 12:02pm to be out on hold, I had another colleague call at 11:45am and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes no response.

I eventually spoke with Chris, and he explained the order was put in for 11:45pm.

There is an apparent issue with service and the owners' commitment to deliver. You should be embarrassed and outraged by this failure. I will ensure that other potential customers will be well advised of what is awaiting them at this location.

YOU FAILED KID'S AND THAT IS UNACCEPTABLE! Ensure you refund me ASAP.

The pizza is delicious but the drivers are rude. Y’all need to pay your drivers better so they don’t get upset when we don’t tip not everyone can afford to tip and when I do tip if it’s not a lot the drivers get upset. It is not my responsibility to give extra money. Also a driver put in a $1 tip when I told him I could not tip today that’s stealing it doesn’t matter the amount don’t take tip money that was not given to you. Costumers don’t owe tips. It’s not our job to pay your workers and when we do tip no matter the amount tell your drivers to be more appreciative!

I’ve been ordering from this location for years and I’ve never received the treatment that I did today. I made a carry out order for a cheese pizza with tops on one side of the pizza only. For some reason toppings ended on both sides. I told the manager Amber my order wasn’t correct and she told me “you have to pay for another pizza”. Instead of remaking one for me then she continued to blame the mistake on me. I will be reaching out to corporate, can’t believe a loyal customer was treated this way.
