Delivery driver requested a tip before delivery. Now, I'm thinking spat or worse. I'm really discouraged by the Manager hanging up on me not once. But twice!

I came to get my pickup order from this place and I didn’t like the way the guy at the register talked to me it was rude unprofessional. When I first came in he started saying “ look at the menu” without no explanation when I told him can I get my pick up order he kept repeating the same phrase over and over. The customer service was horrible never coming back here again.

They say they are open till 2am right on website . But won’t even answer a phone call just after 1am. (Sunday evening) Clearly the staff doesn’t care and customer service doesn’t take priority. Highly disappointing . Tried calling twice and no answer both times ! Fix your hours sarpinos .

I’ve had more than one uncomfortable and irritating interaction with the same cashier. He interrupted me, laughed in a condescending way, and spoke dismissively while I was just picking up my order. It made a simple interaction unnecessarily rude. Customer service could definitely be improved. or at least fire that specific person

The user interface for pizza customization online is, and I cannot stress this enough, an absolute revelation of technology. For comparison’s sake only, I would liken it to the “left half/right half/whole” checklist concept that the domino’s app employs. Sarpinos’ has a few different features and a less… offensive graphic design.
No matter how easy build your own is though, some things don’t require ameliorating. Here, the Classic Italiano is the ubiquitous “little bit of everything” pizza that offers layers of fresh toppings and melty cheese that is both reminiscent of, and yet superior to, so many pizzas that you’ve had before.

Horrible service!
I ordered two pizzas online, and noticed that a coupon didn’t populate. I called, and after 30 minutes on hold, the call disconnected. When I called back, the woman I talked to accused me of making a mistake (I probably did), and then said that there was nothing she could do, since the order had already gone through. I canceled the order, and certainly don’t see myself doing business with Sarpinos again.
If there had even been the slightest bit of empathy from who I’m assuming was the manager, I would have probably backed down. Instead, she escalated this into what is the ultimate customer service nightmare.
