We had a wonderful family dinner at Smith and Porter last night. Arrived before 6:00 and took advantage of the fabulous deals on their happy hour menu. We were seated at at a large round table and the whole family was able to interact and hear each other. Our server was a delight!

The service was wonderful and attentive without being bothersome. The atmosphere was nice and chill. I had the Pomelo Kick from the Zero Proof menu and would definitely order another. The asparagus soup was tasty and my wife enjoyed the gnudi. I had the burger and was unimpressed. I ordered it medium and it was closer to rare. The amount of dijonaise and onion jam made me feel like I needed a shower after eating it. Far too messy considering we were going to the Guthrie afterwards....
