I came for lunch today and was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of fish in the sushi. The fish was so fresh and truly melted in your mouth (especially the escolar, salmon, and salmon belly). The lunch specials are nice since you pay anywhere from $11-$15, but you really want to get nigiri/sashimi because the fish is so flavorful and tender. Everything was very well made and the store is really cool inside. The owner spent time with us and is really kind and very welcoming! Portions are great and food is delicious. Thank you for a awesome time!

Server was a bit strange.The food completely made up for her.When you walk in the door, there is no fish smell.Very important!The food temperature was perfect.Texture, flavor, all spot on!We drove 25 minutes to get here, and will absolutely be back.
