Their staff did excellent job as sighted guide since I am DeafBlind- I was at the airport to welcome Naphessa Collier & Coach Cheryl Reeves back from Paris Olympics with Lynx season members & entire team. Even Delta baggage claim attendant did amazing job tying to figure when their flight would come in. I’d recommend MSP airport. Even though I’ve heard many horror stories about DeafBlind people being offered wheelchair and such but not in my experince! They even use written communication on my white board as well.

The dirtiest and slowest place I have ever been in. The bartenders barely speak or ask if you want something. For good clean service go across the hall to McDonald's. I can't stand McDonald's either but it was close and somewhat clean
