This place is a gem. Absolutely packed for a reason. I had hands-down the best cheeseburger I’ve ever eaten - the kind that makes you stop talking, close your eyes, and just take it all in. This place has one of the best Reuben sandwiches I've ever had. I came here and had it a few months ago and it was amazing! I had to try it again to make sure it wasn't a fluke. I tried it again today and it was just as good as the first one. Very friendly staff and a small-town feel give the Standish Cafe such an outstanding atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Such a good neighborhood vibe here. They always keep your coffee cup full. The dining room is great to have brunch with family and they have a little side area where you can meet for coffee and smaller plates. I had my birthday brunch here and everybody got something they liked.

Food was great, atmosphere was great, service was good. The waitress asked if I needed a refill on the coffee and I said yes please and she completely forgot and forgot about our check as well. Waited 15 minutes before I walked up to the front and had to ask her. The place was definitely not crowded, probably a couple tables besides mine so I wasn’t sure if she just forgot about me

A cute neighborhood place! We’ve eaten here a couple times in the past month. Service is always very friendly. Food is fresh with good ingredients and comes out quick. Good coffee. The cinnamon roll is really good warm but didn’t like it as much at room temperature.
Something that made me smile…I got the fruit as a side last time and I sincerely appreciated the thoughtful presentation, it wasn’t just scooped into the bowl. It was also a nice variety and very fresh.
There can be a line some mornings, but they are efficient getting you through.
