Honestly this location probably has the worst Baristas, 7$ for a beverage for it to still be not presentable and not made right. The strawberry cold foam I get on my matcha is ALWAYS watery, granted they’re willing to remake it but after the second time, and this being a constant issue with them on previous visits, I’m giving up.

I ordered my food to go, and they slid it across the counter to me without selling the food shut, Oh, and I had to ask for a bag for a carryout order. Then one of the girls decided that she didn’t wanna make my drink and asked the other girl to make it and they didn’t even close my lid to my drink. If I ordered my food to go, why Isn’t it sealed and protected? I order Starbucks every morning and I’ve never gotten my food delivered to me wide open. It’s given racism Black people don’t go here. Spend your money at a different location where they’re more diverse. I would give them zero stars if I could all white women looking you up and down as if you don’t belong don’t go there

This place wasn’t so bad and the cashier lady was kind, but the worker who made my drink was careless. I asked for 3 scoops of vanilla bean powder AND heavy cream instead of coconut milk in my pink drink, I got neither of those two. I was in a rush and a lot of people were there so I didn’t want to make a fuss. I didn’t pay almost 8 dollars for my drink for no additions. Do better.

It was a cold day and we needed to warm up. We came here for hot coffee and the heat of the coffee shop, and we lingered to get warm. It all worked out and then we were ready to go back out into winter.
