This place wasn’t so bad and the cashier lady was kind, but the worker who made my drink was careless. I asked for 3 scoops of vanilla bean powder AND heavy cream instead of coconut milk in my pink drink, I got neither of those two. I was in a rush and a lot of people were there so I didn’t want to make a fuss. I didn’t pay almost 8 dollars for my drink for no additions. Do better.

It was a cold day and we needed to warm up. We came here for hot coffee and the heat of the coffee shop, and we lingered to get warm. It all worked out and then we were ready to go back out into winter.

I love this location! The manager here is super sweet and great at her job. Zoe, Navi, and Javi are fantastic. Even when they're busy, the employees at this location are great at getting things out quickly. I hope they can get more hours though, since they're definitely understaffed a lot during the summer.

My girlfriend lost/had her phone stolen here. Management said they would do something about it. They didnt.
Got my drink and sat down at a table. Leaned against the table and it wobbled to a steep angle and tossed the drink. While it was frustrating to have that happen, staff helped clean up and remade my coffee promptly and were friendly and understanding despite having a line almost out the door. Thanks, guys!

Ew. They could have allowed their pest control person in before customers as they were waiting outside to go inside. If you have a maintenance like that, it should be handled before the door opens, not when the door opens. The pest control person was obviously trying to make it not be a big deal by going in before hours. The store should accommodate, especially if they have a service tech coming, they could have let them in to do their job and leave before the doors open to customers.Will not be going back to this one, eww. Certainly not the service techs fault but the stores.. the fact they have to have someone come out DURING BUSINESS HOURS means they are not a very clean environment and obviously don't care for how they look as well.Managers should address this. This should be done before the doors open to the customers, and the management clearly needs to look over how to clean properly to prevent such a need for pest control services so many times per month.This is the first time I have felt disgusted by this establishment.Let you pest people in before the doors open. ?♀️ I don't want to think about it while ordering my stuff what is going on behind the counter or in the back room.
