Every other worker at this Starbucks is so kind except one unfortunately. There’s a barista that’s always weirdly defensive, I believe his name is Andrew. I’ve ordered a latte 2 times when he was on shift, the first time he made the latte and it was super watery so I asked if I could have it remade politely. He said something along the lines of “I did the correct shots of espresso”?? I understand we all make mistakes but come on? I just looked at him and said could I...
I had ordered a matcha with oat milk and it tasted like there was whole milk. I went up to ask if they remembered which they had used and they offered to make me a new one to make sure! Very kind and my drink came out quickly too
It's a nice place, with kind staff members. But only one of its two bathrooms is open to its customers and that one seems always occupied. The store sells liquid products but does not care much about the issue of the customers' relieving of liquids.
