I like to think I’m above Starbucks and only go to local coffee shops but that’s a damn lie. 🥴 the staff at this Starbucks are so friendly!! Like I want them to adopt me and be my parents.

Very friendly employees and atmosphere, but the americanos are wayyyyy too hot. Have ordered them twice and every time they take 20+ minutes to come to a sippable temperature. And each time, the heat has also made the to-go cups lids slip off and it’s spilled all over me while driving. ?

This morning they made a different coffee than I ordered and the breakfast sandwich I got tasted like it was 7 years old. It sucks when youre so hungry and spend $$ only to be served trash. Next time i will go to mcdonalds.

Corporate is still letting people place doordash orders at this store despite the fact their system for handling those orders is down. They are showing a deep disrespect for peoples' time and money
