You've got to be kidding me. It's 2025, and Starbucks is seriously telling me I can't have a raw sugar packet unless they add it themselves to my cup? What kind of nonsense is this? I'm a paying customer asking for one sugar packet - not gold. Since when did Starbucks start policing how we sweeten our own drinks? This is absolutely ridiculous, and someone needs

Don't bother. Dirty, slow service. Staff argues with you about your order. Complete waste of time, glad I didn't finish ordering because they probably couldn't figure out which end of the cup is up. Seriously, that bad.

I thought the whole point of a baristas job was to be nice but none of those baristas are nice and you can tell how much they don’t wanna be there. Not to mention the drink doesn’t taste as good here compared to any other Starbucks I go to. Will not be returning

The worst Starbucks place I went to buy my coffee today I went with my husband for 3 coffees and the cashier was so rude and unfriendly, when I asked her for a sugar for me and my husband, she made a horrible face like she was They were going to deduct it from her salary, I told her that I wanted to put it in my coffee, to which she replied, "No, I have to put it in, omg they didn't even put the amount I wanted, terrible customer service and apparently we are not The only ones since I took the time to read the reviews and they are terrible, please train your staff, terrible service, my decision is to never return to that place.

I worked at this location The management was so bad! Place was horrible wouldn’t recommend. So toxic not good trainer’s mostly minors. It was like an Highschool but in a Starbucks form. Team lead kyia is unprofessional. 0/0 experience wouldn’t recommend -
