The workers were nice and friendly. My coffee was delicious and so was my sandwich. (I went through the drive-thru) The only issue is that they forgot one of the things I ordered, a lemon loaf. This was a bummer but not that big of a deal. Decent Starbucks.

We waited for 20 minutes after getting our food to get our drinks. after asking if ours was in queue, we found out it had been repeatedly skipped over. The nice women working there tried to figure out how to get it printed so we’d get our drinks, but her manager told her “we’re too busy just make them in the order they come out.”We ended up getting a refund because we had places to be and were running late.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru waiting to get my order taken when I decided I was going to drive up to the window to let them know I hadn’t been spoken to and there’s a long line of cars behind me. Drove around to find temporarily closed signs on the entrance. Drive thru was still on and no sign on there. In the future if you guys are to close you should be putting signs on the drive thru as well or turning off the screen.

Let me preface by saying that I am a regular Starbucks customer; I stop every morning before work in different suburbs throughout the Twin Cities metro. I order the same drink at pretty much every location (trenta vanilla sweet cream cold brew w/ just a light splash of sweet cream) and generally have positive experiences at nearly every location I visit.I am not exaggerating when I say that every experience I’ve had at the Saint Anthony location has been shockingly and laughably bad. The wait times for drive-thru are upwards of 15-30 minutes, even at non-peak hours and on off-days, and I don’t understand if it’s because of short staffing, lack of training, or just no urgency among the staff to work efficiently like they do at other locations. It doesn’t help that the parking lot is poorly laid out, but I understand that’s not within the staff’s control. I assume there’s been a lot of turnover at this store specifically, because I’ve never gotten the same barista taking my order and the lack of consistency shows — my order isn’t challenging, but for some reason at this location my drink order is entered wrong, charged extra to take away ingredients, needed to be remade and ultimately ends up made wrong. And today the baristas working were very kind to try and solve issues, but my drink is still wrong and my experience at this location is left permanently soured. This is my neighborhood Starbucks, where I’d like to go on my days off to get a drink and start my morning well. It’s the closest to home, and I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to find a location that meets the standards of every other Starbucks in the metro. Please, Saint Anthony Starbucks, do better.

Went this morning and there was a line of about 5/6 cars. Drove around and noticed it was empty. No signs indicating that it was closed whatsoever. Second time that it has happened.

A drink for $5.25 cold asked for hot a charged $13 when asked the manager Adam said it’s a custom drink. Ordered this drink from several other Starbucks and was never charged Lind this. Would recommend never to visit this store.
