When we approached Krist to order the coffee, she seemed disinterested and had a dismissive attitude towards us. And we didn't know why she was acting like that đ. Overall, my experience with Krist at Starbucks was disappointing. I sincerely hope that others do not have to go through a similar experience and that the staff at the Starbucks will work towards improving their customer service in the future.

This store is just for grabbing ur order and going. Itâs basically just a storefront. You can walk in and thatâs about it. No table or chairs, no fireplace no ambiance or bathroom. But it doesnât seem to bother anyone cuz it was pretty busy!

I always go to this Starbucks ever since it opened in my neighborhood. Iâve always had good experiences. UNTIL TODAY, I had never met someone so disgustingly rude. The black and blonde hair girl with a bang was so rude messed up my order, and when I let her know it wasnât what I ordered, she gave me the most rudest face. I honestly wasnât even mad that she messed it up, but what got me so mad was her attitude. She said she was going to âremakeâ it, waited, and got the same exact drink. I don't know if she thought I was blind, but she literally gave me the exact thing Iâve just said I didnât order. My sisters and I always come to this Starbucks, and the other workers know we are frequent customers; they always welcome us nicely, but today that girl just had to ruin my enjoyment of always coming to this SB. I ended up throwing away my drink in the store; her nasty attitude plus the drink being what I didnât order just ruined my mood. I really hope she works on her attitude and takes notes on her coworkers manners. It looks like she works in the afternoon and, from now on, will have to come in the morning only to avoid seeing her. If she continues with that nasty attitude of hers, it will ruin the reputation of this location. I just hope the manager is able to talk with her because no one deserves to be treated like she treated my sisters and me today

Fast, convenient service, nice staff. Only complaint is they were skimpy on the salted caramel cream cold foam when I paid extra for more ahead of time and thatâs what my ticket said.
