The young ladies working the counter when I came in continued to talk badly about the work, coworkers and the atmosphere that they were in. One of the baristas then scolded me for mistakingly picking up the wrong drink after not clarifying, but no names were taken to separate orders and the drinks were similar in nature. For a chain restaurant, this type of behavior should be monitored and the employees should better adhere to company policy to avoid these miscommunications instead of immediately putting the blame on customers Starbucks may very well not be the place for them if this continues to happen to others.

This is my favorite location out of all the Starbucks I been too. I'm there everyday , the workers are amazing, same with the manager cole. They go above and beyond , I seen them work during the busy hours and they do a great job making sure every customer is happy / satisfied leaving with their orders. Also witness how they deal with customer who are rude and all the workers never once had any hate or attitude towards the customer, always remained with a smile / positive attitude. I love this location !!! Lastly they always get my order right , other locations never make it how I like it but they always do here !

The one star is for how friendly the workers are here. The bathrooms were disgusting and clearly haven’t been cleaned in who knows how long. I asked for hand sanitizer when exiting the bathroom because from just touching the door handle on my way out I felt disgusting. I wasn’t even using the bathroom to pee. I was going in there to fix my hair quick and look in the mirror. Yikes! Also my vanilla latte was literally sugar milk? I can’t tell if they put one shot of espresso in it opposed to two? Or what but i won’t be back.
