Just watched them make an iced americano with an extra shot and dump out the espresso part because they added too much cream. I’m paying for the espresso. Why would yall do that?

Update: This place is so hit or miss. Some days you can get your drink within minutes. Some days, like today, it’s a 22 minute wait for a mobile order. What’s increasingly frustrating is that you could be waiting there for 15 minutes and a customer will walk in, order, and have their drink within minutes.
Whatever their system is, isn’t working.
My boyfriend and I live above this Starbucks and love it. Staff is always so friendly and the coffee comes out quick. Only thing I would warn is to maybe skip this one on Viking game days, gets super busy.

This Starbucks is my absolute go to!!! the team is absolutely incredible!!! the inside is super super cute and very warm and inviting! And I love that they know how to make my super complicated beverage by heart!! ❤️❤️❤️

I was downtown for a work conference and went to this location over my lunch break. I asked for the bathroom code, but was told I had to buy something before they could give it to me (even though I was planning on placing an order after using the restroom). I made a purchase, but was then walked to the bathroom by the barista who put the code in for me. I felt like I was back in elementary school.
I’ve been to plenty of other Starbucks locations with bathroom locks and have never had an experience like this. The baristas are not babysitters, and grown customers do not need to be escorted to the restroom. Way to make someone feel unwelcome.

I had an issue with one of my drinks today, and the barista who helped me went above and beyond to fix it. I know this location has mixed reviews, but my personal experience today was excellent. She really took the time to make things right, and I left very pleased. Great customer service.
I am a frequent customer at your downtown location connected to the moment. 3 days out of my 5 day work week I am a patron order a drink, and wait for my next transfer to work. On this morning, I was on an audio meeting and sorting thru things so I hadn’t ordered my drink. One of you’re baristas (who refused to give her name) asked me to leave under the pretense of a “new Starbucks policy”, she refused to show any literature showing policy and also was only singling me out, again I frequent this location often, I am appalled and disheartened by the behavior and discrimination I experienced today!
Before leaving I asked for information, if I didn’t read the card the barista would have gave me faulty information and I would have not been able to submit my complaint. As a HR administrator myself this is completely unacceptable, not only is it poor customer service but also in humane!

The staff here is great. I come here and work on my laptop now and again and have seen how hard they work. They deal with so many nasty and rude people because of the location but I’m always impressed with how they handle things. Location is clean, my orders are correct, and seems like they make a good team.
