The closing hours are usually 15-20mins off. If you go there past 9:40 they are probably closed and cleaning up. Which is ok but since when did close at 10pm mean you can’t order up until then!!? The place next door is open until 10pm and actually take orders up until then

My service here is usually really good but today the person making my salad just wasn't paying attention. I said salt no pepper and she put on only pepper and had to start over for everything that the salt touched. Ended up wasting a lot of meat. And then didn't put red vinegar back on my salad after she put the oil back on but asked me if it was an okay ingredient and I said yes and then she just put the lid on salad without the vinegar. The communication was not sending or receiving in this transaction. She also didn't ask if I wanted a receipt. I'm going to resume not eating at subway. I know they're criminally understaffed and today it was probably just getting to her. - 4:15 p.m. May 27th

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Subway was just awful. The whole place felt dirty—tables were messy, the floor had trash, and it just didn’t look like anyone cleaned all day. The service? Super slow and unfriendly. The workers barely said a word and acted like they didn’t want to be there. My sandwich was rushed and falling apart. Honestly, I wouldn’t go back. There are way better spots nearby—don’t waste your time here.

The young man who made my sandwich put so much love into it! He carefully placed each ingredient on the sandwich and I’m honestly so thankful for the effort. It does make a difference! Also want to note that when I came in he was sweeping, and he washed his hands before putting gloves on. It’s the little things that show he cares!! (Got my sandwich around 5:15pm) Give this man a raise!!

I want to wash my hand before eat and one women worker there she told use hand sanitizers can’t used bathroom she said to me . I am customer and they service like that , no customer respect at this location and improve such kind of issues when customer use your business

It was dark out and I had to use the ladies room because I take a water pill! I asked immediately if I could use the restroom and all he said was we don't have one... WHAT! I then asked where do the employees go to the bathroom and he said "we just don't go" WHAT! couple minutes go by and a female employee comes to the front and says someone stole the key for the restroom. Just all around poor customer service as well as sandwiches made wrong because I wasn't paying attention, I had to pee so bad! Worst subway experience ever! Would not go back!

They said they lost the key to the restroom and wouldn’t let my friend use the restroom but another person was allowed to use the restroom. We bought food but they said restrooms are for customers only. Money came off my card but they said payment didn’t go thru and wanted us to pay again. Extremely rude people.
