I want to wash my hand before eat and one women worker there she told use hand sanitizers can’t used bathroom she said to me . I am customer and they service like that , no customer respect at this location and improve such kind of issues when customer use your business

It was dark out and I had to use the ladies room because I take a water pill! I asked immediately if I could use the restroom and all he said was we don't have one... WHAT! I then asked where do the employees go to the bathroom and he said "we just don't go" WHAT! couple minutes go by and a female employee comes to the front and says someone stole the key for the restroom. Just all around poor customer service as well as sandwiches made wrong because I wasn't paying attention, I had to pee so bad! Worst subway experience ever! Would not go back!

Subway is always a good place to eat. I wasn't a fan of the stores that have the sideways layout, which this place has. The staff wasn't friendly, but performed well.

They said they lost the key to the restroom and wouldn’t let my friend use the restroom but another person was allowed to use the restroom. We bought food but they said restrooms are for customers only. Money came off my card but they said payment didn’t go thru and wanted us to pay again. Extremely rude people.

What I got was laughable.
Ordered a cheese pizza online. Receipt shows it.
I got home and opened up my bag.
I got a wrap(?) folded over with some tomato sauce in the middle. When I went online to get my money back, the store “doesn’t exist”. Lame.

Worst service ever. Cashier with short hair had AirPods on… barely heard what I was requesting & denied to put any sauces into my foot long sandwich. I requested 1ft long with 2 different meat choices and cashier responded with a snarky attitude “at that point you should get 2 of the 6 inches”. Understandable since she wanted to go home but having a disrespectful attitude towards customers was unprofessional… I’m paying you to kindly give me service and cashier acted as if she was doing ME a favor. No doubt these people clean early to leave early before they even close at 10. DON’T COME HERE.

The guy working there that wears a mask is gives an odd feeling. He barely puts any veggies to your subs and once you ask him for more he gets disappointed. Every time I get there, it’s always the same thing. I’ll be driving to the 30 Nicollet spot from now on
