Prices are too high. The unlimited toppings Excuse doesn't work for me. Because I am a person that doesn't like many topics. So to charge me because other people like lots of toppings, additional fees does not make sense.
I don't think the new pricing structure is working. Because Subway has lost a vast number of customers over the last few years. When implementing people, these new increased price changes. They use the excuse of COVID and others 2 vastly increase the price. Where are the other restaurants? Only went up moderately subway, went up exponentially.
Time to find a new sub place

I’ve been to many Subways in my life, and this one takes the cake (cookie?)! They are true artisans who take their sandwiches seriously. I’ve never had a bad sub there, and they’ve even renewed my appreciation for this chain! The customer service is fast, high quality, and efficient from each artisan I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Plus, the sandwiches are always fully loaded, which I appreciate as a veggie lover. And they brought soups back! Yay! No other Subway can compare to the delicious food you’ll find here. Kudos to Cedar Ave Subway!
Parking: Cedar Ave traffic can be heavy, but there are always spots for parking!

The young woman working behind the counter at 10:45 was so unfriendly that it was comical. Literally unwilling to muster a hello. The demeanor was giving “Wish you weren’t here”. Definitely wasn’t swamped either as I was the only customer there with my husband. Customer service might not be your calling.

Girl made my subs how Subway made them long ago...2 full chicken breasts...visiting here from Texas where a FL only has 1 chicken breast chunks, always disappointing when I was always used to 2. In Texas a roast beef sandwich has a paper thin layer of beef that you can't even see when sub is cut. So disappointing. Here she put layers in that you can see. Hope this is norm here...also I was able to taste the bacon like I used to. In Texas they make sure the lid is high enough where you can't see them sneak only 2 strips of bacon in instead of 4 like they used to....also the ingredients were fresh and crunchy, in Texas everything has been sitting around too long because people just don't buy their subs like they used to, never a line anymore, whoever bought the chain is making a big mistake skimping at all the southern locations.

This Subway is perfect. Friendly staff, clean store, fresh ingredients, consistently near perfect (if not perfect) sandwiches. I don’t know why I would ever go to another Subway! This one is the best. ??

There was a pan full of pickles that were scary rotten. I pointed them out to the person making my sandwich. Either he didn’t understand what I was telling him, or he couldn’t tell that the rotten pickles shouldn’t be there. I pointed them out another employee and got the same blank stare. I believe neither of them should be working with food! Needless to say, I did not get pickles on my sandwich and when I got home I discarded the olives and banana peppers as a precaution. Never going here again.
I had my order which was a foot long cheese and steak a bag of chips and macadamia nut cookie and it was the best sub I’ve had in a long time! Whoever made it Thank you, it was perfect and delicious! ♥️

7/31/24. 8:43 pm. Employee 2 was cleaning, sweeping and moping. Then decided to come help the line. Never washed his hands. He broke so many health code violations. I had to leave. That’s gross. I’m going to make sure nobody else deals with this. He always acts like he’s running the shop. He made my sandwich before a few times. And when we ask for like extra pickles he legit only puts a few more. And acts like it’s funny.. I’m pretty sure he’s still a kid, but this isn’t the person I’d want running my restaurant. Sandra your team is so much better than this one employee
