We absolutely love Taberna! Jane is our absolute favorite bartender in the state of Minnesota! Jane offers the best service with the most beautiful smile. She is attentive, cheerful, and friendly. Jane is a cocktail genius! She is the mixologist of all time. I’d give her a Michelin star if it was a thing for mixology. The food is also excellent. I highly recommend you visit Taberna and ask for Jane the bartender if you wish to have the most fabulous experience on a night or day out.

Everytime I come here I bring someone new & I seem to always get the same table and the same sever Rene' his service is outstanding, professional and he has such a great hospitality. They have games like pool/darts etc and a very large patio too. Another waiter started to remember me & my bestie/cousin he greeted us when we walked in. When he got off break which was not long, he dropped off our menus not sure what his name was but he's always cool too, short guy with black hair and he had his hat on to the back. Great mixture of music,food & atmosphere I'll be back again & again.

I have previously reviewed this restaurant and gave them a 5star. I go here at least once a week. So I visted them today. I sat at the bar. I order 3 tacos and the check was placed in front of me right after i place my order before i got my food Once my food came i had to ask the bartender a cup of water. The bartender not once checked on me. My bill was 16 and some change. I grabbed my check placed it on the bar and left a 20.00 bill. As i am walking to my car outside the bartender is chasing me down saying i have to come back and pay my tab.. i asked him are you sure i didnt pay my tab because i left money on the bar. He was adamant that i did not pay and told me i needed to come back So i walked back in with him. My check and 20.00 bill was exactly where i left it on the bar in plain sight. He then said my badd. I asked him why he didnt look for it and he responded by saying my bad. I told him to look for it next time because this was very embarrassing!!!!! He again said my bad. I will never walk out on a check and then to be accused of it in front of other patrons was very demeaning!!!!!I will not be visiting here any more!!!

Placed an order for takeout in person for a mildly pricy chicken tortilla bowl salad, and when i got home the tortilla bowl wasnt there! That's the whole reason to get this salad. It wasnt practical to return there so I tried to call but apparently this place never checks their messages as nobody picked up and their mailbox was full so i couldnt leave a message. Whats worse is you have to get through a crappy ai and then listen to a speech before you're even connected to their line, it takes a long time and is super frustrating.That's one way not to provide a refund for a bad order i guess. I've had decent experiences with them in the past but this is the 2nd time they've forgotten something major like this. Eat inside only, don't do takeout from here.

Really love the atmosphere of the place. We had Melissa as our server and she is absolutely fantastic. She is so attentive. She answered all of our questions and she was really knowledgeable about the menu. It was also really cool to hear the history of the place, I didn’t realize the owner was related to the person Who managed and owned porkies! I know being in the service industry is really hard, but Melissa was such a breath of fresh air. It was such a great dining experience.
