I think the staff should be very attentive to the customers' specifications. I went to order a burrito 🌯 I was very specific that I should not put lettuce or cream inside the burrito. In the end, they gave it to me how they wanted it. When someone asks them not to add certain ingredients, it is because we have a medical recommendation to avoid some ingredients to lead a healthy and pleasant life. My recommendation is that they be more empathetic with their customers and improve their service.

I love the food
Not ever go and eat there !!
Disorganized, overpriced, and poor cleanliness.
We went to Taqueria Los Ocampo in Minneapolis, and the experience was honestly disappointing from start to finish.
After placing our order, we waited a full hour to get our food. During that time, many other people were clearly upset complaining and just showing frustration. One specific couple was clearly upset letting them know it was ridiculous waiting an hour for an order of three tacos. The place wasn’t busy—no crowd, barely any takeout pickups—yet the staff barely called out any order numbers, and it felt like nothing was moving.
I ordered the quesabirria combo with consomé, and it was not worth the wait or the price. The flavor was okay at best. The consomé tasted like pure vegetable oil with some onions, cilantro, and a splash of hot sauce—no depth, just oily.
The prices were extremely high for the portion sizes and quality. The chicken was also ok, but nothing that justifies the cost or the hour-long wait.
On top of that, the place was dirty. We had to clean our own table because no one was walking around to wipe anything down. It looked like they expect customers to pick up their own food and clean up after themselves—and if you don’t, it just sits there for the next person.
Even the restroom was an issue. It was locked with a code, which is fine, but once we got in, it was filthy—trash on the floor, water everywhere, and it looked like no one had cleaned it in a long time.
Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience: long wait times, small portions, overpriced food, and a dirty environment. Definitely not planning on coming back.

Horrible costumer service they food 7/10
Just a late night food spot. The food is honestly pretty meh and kinda tasteless (and super oily), but hey, you need what you need at 2 am 😅. The taco sauces are DELICIOUS tho. So good. Got the alambres and burrito and they were both pretty not great. Also, kinda pricey for the food ($15-18 per entree).

I ordered at 11:17pm on July 3rd, 2025 and I waited 1 HOUR, I didn’t get my food until 12:10am on July 4th, 2025. The food was dry, and they forgot some of my order, the workers were slow and I kept asking them when my order was going to be ready and they kept saying “almost done”. Never coming back here again.

First and last time at this Los Ocampo. I placed a phone order at 10:45 PM, got there at 11:10, and still waited nearly an hour while being told “5 more minutes” over and over. I finally asked to cancel at 11:45, and even that took 10 more minutes. The manager clearly had no control or clue. I left at midnight with no food no apology and no explanation nothing but frustration.
Judging by the other reviews this isn’t new just a pattern of terrible service. DO BETTER.
