Ordered two Filet's for my wife and I. Expensive steaks, but poor results. First, my plate was served at least five minutes after my wife's. I assumed it was to cook it to my liking, which was medium. Got my steak, and it was bloody red inside. My wifes ordered to be medium rare, and hers was just as undercooked as mine. Explained to the server about the concern, and she only offered to explain that they cook it by temp, and not by look, and that she assured me it was cooked...read full review
