Our first time as a family in Minneapolis and at this restaurant. We had such a wonderful time and would come again. We were seated near the kitchen and really liked the table. It was a little loud, but not horrible. The staff is very attentive and well-trained. Everyone from hostess to wait staff to meal assistants were extremely polite and kind.
Filet cooked to perfection: crispy on top and melt in your mouth center. Lobster sliders were excellent and fried apple pie with pumpkin salted caramel ice cream was divine.. Great location for dining before a show at the State Theater.
Our food was very good. The MN Angus Ribeye was flavorful and tender. Our server was fun and did a great job. The ambience is lacking in the bar area. I had made dinner reservations weeks in advance, yet we were seated in the bar not in the dining room. The outdoor beer garden was lacking the feel of a traditional beer garden, and I wouldn't bother visiting it a second time.
