The Hyderabad Indian Grill Nicollet Ave Minneapolis

I ordered malai kofta, BOGO for chicken tikka masala, paneer naan and basmati rice. I ordered a $4 small container of rice, not knowing that the orders come with rice. Would have been good to know. I ordered my food at a spice level medium - I very much enjoy spice but this was spicier than I anticipated. I would assume it is “spicy” not medium. I would be extremely nervous to see what their “extra very spicy is”…. For the masala, the sauce was very thin and soupy. It looks like the full order of masala was just split into 2 containers and called a BOGO. I am astounded that the tiny bowl of tikka is $18. However the flavor of all food ordered was great. Malai kofta was the star of the show. Overall, do I think this was worth $45? Not at all. Having the extra bowl of tikka masala helped the value but without that not a chance. Was it tasty? Absolutely. I will explore other options before I order from here again

Came here for the first time today and was extremely impressed. I’m an avid lover of Indian food and this place didn’t disappoint. The levels of flavor each dish had was exceptional. We got Malai Kofta, Chana Masala, and curry Momo’s! Will most definitely be returning again!

Very disappointed with our experience at Hyderabad Indian Grill.

We ordered the Pepper Chicken Fry and Mutton Biryani, and unfortunately, both dishes were not good. The mutton biryani was mostly dry rice with a lot of chili powder and very little flavor. The chicken was hard and seemed undercooked.

After a long drive, we were looking forward to enjoying a good meal, but instead we ended up eating leftovers because the food was so disappointing.

Please take more care when preparing and cooking your food. Customers expect fresh, properly cooked, and flavorful meals.

DON'T GO!! I would not recommend eating here. We saw rats running around, which was very concerning. The woman at the front taking orders seemed too busy to help customers and was very rude. She didn't take the time to provide good service or answer questions. Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had, and I won't be coming back.

The service is terrible. The lady was rude, inattentive, and acted like taking customer orders was an inconvenience. On top of that, we saw rats running around, which made the experience even worse. This is one of the worst places I've ever eaten, and I would not recommend it.
