Malts were super good! Prices were a little unreasonable. $68 before tip for 2 burgers and 2 malts? Tip was selected by the cashier before flipping screen over... Ended up having to file a dispute as the cashier also swiped our card twice incorrectly for another customer.
I've been here multiple times with a few people or in large groups & they accommodated seating to make it work.
One time I had a malt that I didn't particularly care for and they offered to make me a new one.
Another time my son spilled his birthday milkshake all over the floor. They rushed in to help clean & replaced the shake @ no charge.
Food is also good & incredibly consistent. I get the smashburger...

Stopped here on a whim recently & was so glad I did. Great menu - burger & fantastic pickle chips & ranch. Loved the idea of a pumpkin chai milkshake. Bathroom could use some attention. Decor was lovely.
