First time at Tilia—we ordered the burger to-go, and to our surprise, it was excellent. The brisket was tender, the thick-cut pickles added a perfect bite, and the meat-to-bun ratio was spot on. Pickup was smooth, and the bar inside had a great vibe. Solid first impression—definitely a spot we’d return to.
Hours say 10 but kitchen closes at 9! Big fan of Stephen Brown since Levain. We made reservations at 8:45 on Saturday night but the kitchen closed 15 minutes later... Great food and drinks but felt rushed.
