We had a large group of 13 and Melissa did a wonderful job and was so personable- we loved her! The chef came and talked to us and was fantastic as well. All of the staff were great and the food was so good!!! Thanks for making it a great experience!

Really enjoyed the food. The apps we had were meatballs and brussels sprouts. Our main dish was salmon over mashed potatoes. Excellent!!
It's a bit chilly in here during the winter so hope this can be resolved. Definitely recommend!👌

Absolutely wonderful place! The bartenders were top-notch. Drinks were generous. Great space. We saw a candlelight concert and stayed for the ambiance and personality 🥰

Cocktails great! Servers great! Sadly, food is more than less so. Would suggest charcuterie board and hope they cannot mess that up. Items ordered: crab cakes were burnt and just mayo as a sauce is ridiculous, buffalo ricotta ravioli+shrimp was flavorless and spinach not well utilized, shrimp as add-on was over done. And, while service was great when attended to, was very slow, considering the space and seating capacity. Meal way overpriced, especially including all the city fees and mandatory fixed gratuity.

Quaint, comfortable, atmosphere. Moderate to lite noise. We could hear the performance previous to ours, a bit of a 2-fer. We tried a few tapas including the crab cakes, Mediterranean platter and the scotch eggs, made fresh with favorable yolks. The grilled peach and arugula pesto flat bread with prosciutto and balsamic was our shared main. All food was flavorful, temped and was presented well. We will visit again.

I live in the area but had never been to Uptown Lobby and decided to come by on Trivia Night. Bartenders José and Isabell were on top of everything the whole night! I drank the French Kiss and ate the Granada Sliders which were so good I ordered more to take home. Barstools/chairs are so comfy. Kind, welcoming staff, amazing food and drinks, and fun and safe environment. Everyone doing the Trivia Night seemed to have a great time. Highly recommend to go hang out with friends here.

I had a reservation, yet they had no record of it when we arrived. We ended up sitting at the bar (not our favorite as theater guests kept streaming around us as they headed to their seats). It look a long time for the bartender to take our drink and dinner orders. It took 1 hour and 15 minutes before our meal was finally delivered. My shrimp and scallop linguini was missing the scallops.

Food was good and they didn’t charge us for our drinks (and removed $6 for no scallops), but it pained me to have the automatic 15% tip for service. These bartenders are not able to handle food orders.

This was one of the more frustrating dining experiences I have had in a very long time. My wife and I ate dinner here before seeing a candle light concert (which was fantastic).

The good:
- The waitstaff and bartenders were amazing. Extremely friendly and fun. I can't stress enough how great they were!
- The atmosphere was fantastic. It's a small place, but very cute and a really nice place to spend an evening.
- My wife said the crab cakes were excellent!

The not so good:
- It took over a half hour for our jalapeno popper appetizer to arrive after ordering. I can look past this - restaurants are busy, mistakes happen, etc... but when they finally arrived there were two jalapeno poppers. Two. Both wrapped in flaccid bacon and a piece of dry flavorless duck.
- While the cocktails sounded interesting on the menu, they were watered down and made with fairly cheap tasting liquor
- Our burgers had great flavor, but were overcooked and dry
- Most frustratingly, at the end of our meal just before we went into the show, I asked if we could order a couple cocktails to bring in with us. 'Of course!' The cocktails came, we walked into the theater, and were promptly turned away because our cocktails were in glass containers, not plastic cups. Is this not something the waitstaff should be aware of? At this point I had enough and just left the cocktails at the entrance to the theater.

We will definitely be back to the theater for another show in the future, but we're more likely to go to Beckett's for $5 happy hour burgers and beers than return to the Uptown Lobby.
