Got this surprise at The Uptown Lobby inside the Grenada Theatre in Minneapolis. Nice little bar/restaurant to try before going to a show here. (make reservations).

Ordered a Butter Burger. Bun was good but the bottom fell apart quickly. Patty was juicy and had good flavor. Sautéed mushrooms and onions hit the spot. The star was the spicy mayo, it really brought all the flavors together. What a mess after two bites, but didn't care. Wasn't expecting a burger this much above average here.. Enjoyed this one.

Fries were hot and had a good Truffle flavor if you like that.

Service was top notch. The bartender/server was friendly and courteous. Took car of us and recommended some great beverages!

Got there early and the staff were so accommodating and friendly. The food was there in a flash and everything was hot and delicious. So glad we came here before our show!

We went to Uptown Follies and we had a great time!
Experteasers are great!!! I already have tickets for their next show.

Granada theater is a great place to see a show. They are working on a couple of issues (paper products in the restrooms and enough staff to accommodate the audience).
Our waitress worked very hard to get us everything we ordered. One thing I need Granada to do is to be sure to get the bills out to each audience member before the end of the show. My party and I made it all the way out to our vehicle when I remembered that I hadn't paid for our meals yet. I had to go back in to get my bill. I had to double check the order and found it was missing part of what we ate. I had to ask for that item to be added on.

Wheelchair accessibility: The elevator is glitchy. I found it is easier to put my person in the elevator and then I run to the floor we are going to and use that button to call the elevator. The buttons inside the elevator don't work consistently.

It was not a good experience. It was 5:15, only 2 other tables of ppl , so not busy. The waitress was new, so trying to cut her some slack... ordered a Mojito , but they did not have the ingredients, so I tried to go simple & ordered Pinot Grigio( white wine) it took a long time as “she had to go to the basement to find it” only to return with a glass of red wine( Pinot Noir) she did not know the difference. When I viewed the website it looked like they had some type of ahi tuna that I was looking forward to. Turns out they had a handful of appetizers, but only a burger for an entree... really??!! It taste good, but suddenly the selection was reduced to “0”! The ambience was good, a cool renovated old building, but besides that it was very poor service and selection.

Impossible to judge this place on this occasion as they had some problem in the kitchen and weren't serving dinner. They were kind enough to call and let us know prior to our arrival, but I didn't get the message. When we arrived, they issued us generous gift cards to make up for our trouble, which was an excellent gesture. We will be happy to give this place another chance because of their reactions.

We were there at 5:00 reservation - plenty of time before our 6:30 show in the same building, right? Wrong!!! We were never served our meals. We ordered promptly at 5:00, but finally canceled our orders at 6:20, as the show did not have reserved seats. The manager came by at 5:55 and asked how we were doing. Told him, “We have been waiting almost an hour for our food!” He left and never came back. Gave up at 6:20. At least two other couples were in the same situation-one had been there since 4:30! Oh, and no apology or explanation was given by anyone! I'd provide a rating for the food, but we never got any. And we won't be back there again.

We've been here a couple of times before, and really liked the experience and the food. This time, it was a little different. The food was good. Really enjoyed that, but it took forever. It felt like the service was a bit disconnected. Waited over a half an hour for what was really appetizers. But the main drag on this experience was the "entertainment." We came for the Barcelona Flamenco event, but it seemed like they had a local group of aficionados who were, I guess, just practicing or something. Nothing cohesive, just a bunch of people fluttering around with fans and castanets. Background music was blaringly loud and it was clear that the "dancers" were performing to their "own" rhythm, not that of the music. It became annoying very quickly. I'm a flamenco guitarist, and whatever that was, well, it wasn't flamenco. Not even close. Just loud, brash and disconnected. I don't like to be super-critical, but with events like this, you take your family for the overall experience, and this is a part of it. Just didn't work this time. Sorry. I'd absolutely go again, but next time, I'll call before to make sure that the pre-show entertainment is going to be what one would expect. If it isn't, I'll probably catch a bit somewhere else and make it just before the show. (By the way, the show started a half-hour late. Tickets stated 7:00PM, but it didn't start until 7:30PM. Wrote the organizer. They never responded. Figures...)

The venue is very pleasant. The food is pricey for what you get. The food temp was room temp - not hot. I had the shrimp linguini - had a charred taste. The burgers and fries (fries are extra) were very average. We tried what we were told was a large fresh hot cookie for $6 - no it was 2 small cookies not fresh and the pumpkin desert - almost tasteless with a tiny bit of whipped cream. The server never smiled. We had to ask for more water - she had no other tables. 2 burgers, a small serving of pasta, desert $120. I'd probably not recommend.

The Theater is what brought me in to the restaurant but the stage and Performance was amazing. Can't wait to go again. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful experience.

The server was unable to operate the tablet to put in the order. She was uninformed about the menu, and very slow. She didn’t know you could have a side salad instead of chips, didn’t know what salad dressings were available, and more. Drinks took forever to come out, food also did. She didn’t mention the meat (both salmon and burger) would come out rare. When this concern was brought forward, the owner came over with an attitude to clear up that their meat is “sushi-grade.” It’s worth saying that there is a note at the bottom of the menu that meat is served medium but it’s not easily noticed. Some of the apps were decent but overall the experience was poor and I would not recommend this restaurant.

I have been wanting to try this place since I attended a candlelight show in the theater over a year ago. I just LOVE the big chandeliers against the brick and motor vibe. We participated in "crabby hour" and grabbed a mix of discounted apps and wine. We split the Grenada burger (with GF bun) and it was FANTASTIC.There also happened to be what was essentially a live "jukebox" as the gentleman had quite a selection of songs to choose from (use your phone & a QR code to request) and he was a pleasure to listen to.It was a lovely vibe to spend a couple hours catching up with a visiting friend.

Stopped in for brunch and got to listen to live music. The staff was friendly and knowledgable the food was excellent. Decent prices and bottomless mimosas!

Parking: Popped right in to the 7 Points parking ramp and walked right through the mall and across the street.I did find out after that there is a discount available by reservation.
