The venue is very pleasant. The food is pricey for what you get. The food temp was room temp - not hot. I had the shrimp linguini - had a charred taste. The burgers and fries (fries are extra) were very average. We tried what we were told was a large fresh hot cookie for $6 - no it was 2 small cookies not fresh and the pumpkin desert - almost tasteless with a tiny bit of whipped cream. The server never smiled. We had to ask for more water - she had no other tables. 2 burgers, a small serving of pasta, desert $120. I'd probably not recommend.

A chic' upscale eatery, perfect for entertaining your romantic someone. The historic brick walls and glass chandeliers add an subtle elegance.

The Theater is what brought me in to the restaurant but the stage and Performance was amazing. Can't wait to go again. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful experience.

Upon recommendation from our friend, my boyfriend and I decided to pick Uptown Lobby as our Saturday date. The food was absolutely phenomenal. I will certainly be back for the Scotch Eggs, the aroma of chorizo, the texture of the yolk and the overall presentation left a lasting impression. My boyfriend got the 12 ounce garlic seared beef sirloin and was so kind to let me try it. Also presented pleasingly, and with one bite I could taste the herbs and bone marrow. It was incredible! I had the Bikini Sandwich. The crisp bread with the delicious ham and of course my favorite part, the manchego cheese all over the sandwich was exquisite. Lastly the chef was so kind to give us their Carmel Apple Empanadas. Delicious! Cannot wait to go back and try more!

The server was unable to operate the tablet to put in the order. She was uninformed about the menu, and very slow. She didn’t know you could have a side salad instead of chips, didn’t know what salad dressings were available, and more. Drinks took forever to come out, food also did. She didn’t mention the meat (both salmon and burger) would come out rare. When this concern was brought forward, the owner came over with an attitude to clear up that their meat is “sushi-grade.” It’s worth saying that there is a note at the bottom of the menu that meat is served medium but it’s not easily noticed. Some of the apps were decent but overall the experience was poor and I would not recommend this restaurant.

We arrived tonight for dinner promptly at 5:00 for our reservation to give us plenty of time before seeing the flamenco show at the Granada theater, which is attached to the restaurant. Things went downhill from there! It took about 10 - 15 minutes for a server to approach us, and after we got our drinks at about 5:30, we ordered our dinner. At 6 o'clock, we inquired with our server as to the status of our food, and she came back to say that they were plating it in the kitchen. We never had anyone come over to tell us that they were short staffed, or that the food was taking a little longer than expected. Finally, we were able to flag down the manager and all she said is that she would discount our drinks and that she was sorry but they would have the food out shortly. At 6:19. We spoke to the manager again and she said well it's OK. You still have 11 minutes before the show starts but we still didn't have our food. At that point ,our server came out with my food but didn't have my wife's. At that point we got up and left so we could get to our seats before the show started. I am always extremely lenient when it comes to delays as I spent over a decade in the hospitality industry in Minneapolis. However, when it takes an hour and twenty minutes with promises of our food coming out after 45, 60 minutes and the assurance that "they are plating your food now" on multiple occasions, enough was enough. A perfect evening was ruined and we're hungry sitting in the show with no options. Until they get their staffing issues resolved, I'd avoid this place. Since I can't give zero stars, I settled for 1 star but it should be -1

I have been wanting to try this place since I attended a candlelight show in the theater over a year ago. I just LOVE the big chandeliers against the brick and motor vibe. We participated in "crabby hour" and grabbed a mix of discounted apps and wine. We split the Grenada burger (with GF bun) and it was FANTASTIC.There also happened to be what was essentially a live "jukebox" as the gentleman had quite a selection of songs to choose from (use your phone & a QR code to request) and he was a pleasure to listen to.It was a lovely vibe to spend a couple hours catching up with a visiting friend.Vegetarian options: gluten free options!

Stopped in for brunch and got to listen to live music. The staff was friendly and knowledgable the food was excellent. Decent prices and bottomless mimosas!Parking: Popped right in to the 7 Points parking ramp and walked right through the mall and across the street.I did find out after that there is a discount available by reservation.

We were here on mothers day For brunch in the front lobby restaurant. The atmosphere was beautiful. Only half the tables were full and the service was poor. Our meals were brought separately 20 minutes apart. We waited 20 minutes for coffee and finally walked to the bar to get our own. There were 2 employees standing behind the empty bar doing nothing (just chatting) never even looked up. I hope this was an unusual experience, I really want this beautiful place with such rich history to be successful.

Gorgeous place, incredible dinner! I walk by the Granada Theater frequently and had been wondering if their Uptown Lobby restaurant was for events only or open to anyone. Finally ventured in and yes indeed, the lobby features a small, stunning restaurant with a great menu. Two friends and I ordered cocktails (delicious), the cauliflower to share, a vegan bowl and two (Impossible) burgers with fries and side salad. Everything was so, so yum and reasonably priced. The service was friendly, funny and warm, and so is Chris, the chef who whips up everything from scratch. Don't be like me and think this place is events-only. Walk on in and have a lovely meal. Highly, highly recommend!Vegetarian options: Absolutely phenomenal Impossible burgers and a number of entrees and apps can be made veggie or vegan. Very accommodating!Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, wide door.Dietary restrictions: Good vegan and vegetarian options.

Music was absolutely great, skip the food and drinks if you want any sort of quality around dinner.Horribly expensive, menu items priced and billed incorrectly, bad overall tasting food. Out of stock of multiple menu items, none of which are communicated until ordering. Needs an overall menu change, doesn’t seem like the quality standards the restaurant has set for themselves can even be reached by the cooks or staff. And the bill for 2 is easily over $100, with quality similar to a run down motel.

So we came for the candle light music experience. I'll start of with that was the best part of the experience. So tonight they were out of many different options on their menu. That's understandable to a point but after my wife is told no on what she chooses for the third time it's gets annoying. I got the monster burger medium rare (it was well done). My wife got the sandwich. The meat on both of our meals was very dry. The bottom of my bun was soggy from sitting on the hot plate to long. Then comes the drinks they charge $14 for well whisky and for the life of them cannot make a good mix drink. Also I cannot confirm this, but a couple next to us was complaining about hair in their food. The staff came out and tried to tell them they were wrong. Im sorry you don't do that even if she was wrong you just own it dont argue with the lady. This staff needs a lot of training as they are very new. Lastly watch your bill for two things first your actual costs. Their online menu is just wrong and you will be over charged. Second they have 10% guaranteed gratuity. That's not the issue servers should be payed well. But then they have you pay and it's set for another 20% in tip (30% total). Either make it automatically 20% and leave it or don't have the 10%. Overall the music event we were there for was fantastic. The dinning and drinking experience was over priced and pretty terrible.
