Vittles was the absolute best in every way for our wedding reception! We planned a wedding in under six weeks … a “micro wedding” and vittles made it worry free —- they offered suggestions, I described what I wanted, and they did it perfectly!
The charcuterie graze was lovely, diverse and so yummy! The pulled pork and chicken were filling and flavorful! The sides were not just sides —- a cheesy bread side dish guests raved about. Desserts complemented the wedding cake beautifully for fall — pumpkin bars —- and for gluten dairy free options —- the tastiest truffles ever. They use real ingredients and prepare from scratch. They attend to sensitivities, allergies, and preferences. The best!
Hot cider and coffee warmed us in the beach house next to the St Croix River.
Service and set up were timely and clean up was impeccable.

We had a beautiful assortment of hors d’oeuvres at our grazing table, a pasta buffet (lasagna bolognese, roasted red pepper tortellini, salads, and bread), and gorgeous mini desserts (peach cobbler, chocolate bourbon truffles, and strawberry puff pastries). We also were able to rent tableware through them as well, so easy! If you’re looking for a catering company, choose Vittles. Highly recommended!

They did a huge charcuterie board for our cocktail hour as well that was really unique and something we haven’t seen at other weddings. As the mom of the bride you want everything to go smooth on your daughters day. We had a outdoor wedding and reception at the family farm. Chelsea and her team made that possible. Chelsea and her team were wonderful. Our guests were talking about how great the food was. The waffles were delicious. Presentation was beautiful. Chelsea even checked in on my husband and I to see if we had eaten. We had not so she asked what we wanted and asked us to go sit down and she would bring our food to us. So many good things to say here. Chelsea was amazing and made everything so easy. We did a grazing board for my Dads Celebration of life and everyone loved it. The mixture of options was a hit but if you have beef tenderloin lovers, add more. That was the first to go because it was soo good! Also, we did his favorite dessert that was carrot cake cupcakes. They were wonderful and people were going back for seconds. Chelsea said it was award winning recipe and I 100% agree. Thanks again for making my Dad's celebration special. ❤️ We will be repeat customers, for sure!
