The staff here is extremely unhelpful…
You have to request a room cleaning which is fine, but after requesting, I was told they couldn’t clean existing rooms because they had check-ins… so you’re going to prioritize selling more rooms than ensuring your guests have a nice stay. I then asked for towels and they said they’d bring them up. The towels never arrived.
