I'm familiar with the business that was previously there, even though waffle bar has been there for a while now. They decreased the indoor seating area from the previous business. I got a lychee smoothie, a Minne-soda, and a butterfly tea. ALL EXCELLENT AND YOU CAN KEEP THE CUTE JARS THAT THEY SERVE SOME OF THE DRINKS IN! They have both kinds of straws that you'll need for any beverage.

I wanted to try this place on a whim. I was pleasantly surprised by the concept of ice cream in a waffle. I opted for the peanut butter one, and it was fantastic! If you're looking for a tasty dessert that is outside the norm, I would definitely recommend the Waffle Bar.

Tried the strawberry waffle with chocolate glaze and whipped cream. It was good. The waffle is very light, and melts in your mouth. Service is quick.

Hands down amazing!! You guys are rockstars! We had it for the first time last night in Ramsey and we left wanting more. Not only did it taste good, the presentation looks identical to the website images, crisp and clean. Open a shop in the NW suburbs :)

The flaming mango was a very interesting treat for anyone who likes tajin, chili, and tamarind. Great flavor with a spicy kick. Had the strawberry dream at a food truck event which made me want to try the dine in location.

I really like Waffle Bar! I've tried the Oreo Up with my brother (and was offered two spoons which were really kind of the workers)! I also tried a strawberry dessert that was presented so well it looked like a piece of art! Would definitely recommend this to anybody wanting to try boba as well. Lovely place!
Vegetarian options: I'm pretty sure nearly everything there is vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: There are vegan options for ice cream.
Kid-friendliness: The workers are super nice and kind to children.
I came here with a large group during the July 4th weekend and felt instantly terrible when we entered the establishment and found a lone employee working. But she was incredible and got all of our orders taken and out to us (approximately 6) within 15 minutes.
The waffles were very fluffy with the perfect balance of sweet. Everything on the menu looked fantastic and it didn't seem like you could make a wrong choice. My only complaint is that they did not carry my favorite flavor - green tee aka matcha. Still, my group and I all tried a little bit of each other's choices and it was all delicious. I will definitely return to this establishment when I return to Minnesota.

Very good waffles with quality ice cream and fresh toppings. The berries were perfectly ripe and the drink we got wasn’t full of too much ice. The presentation was great, with the colorful butterfly pea tea (no flavor, just color) and the prettily stacked waffle. The waffle was fresh and warm, while the ice cream was just getting soft. There are benches outside where you can eat. The inside was a little cold and quite small so I’d recommend eating outside in fair weather. They also don’t have a bathroom so you have to go to the subway next door.

Used to be great. Employee we dealt with did not seem like they wanted to be there. Didn’t toast the marshmallows and just gave up handing the item to us. Did not have the fun atmosphere it once did. Probably go somewhere else after this trip. Less money and guaranteed service. Wasn’t greeted or thanked. Employees sitting in back on phones.
