The waffles were incredibly soft, with perfect bites every time. The staff was warm and polite, and even though we arrived close to closing, they treated us with such kindness. Truly grateful for the experience.

This place is amazing. It has so many fun ice cream options. There are many different toppings you can choose from as well. This place is a great alternative for a date night. It is also kid-friendly too. You can even stop in for girls day out I love this place.

This was one of my favorite places about seven years ago. Decided to check it out again after many years had passed, and I was still very pleased. They had a lot of the same items that I used to get on the menu as well as a new selection of items and drinks. Try the unicorn dream drink as well as the Pitaya smoothie and both were so delicious it had so much flavor. Thank you, waffle bar Minneapolis for satisfying my taste buds even after seven years!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just wanted a scoop of ice cream - ordered a double, one scoop of raspberry chocolate chip and one scoop of salted caramel ($7 for a double scoop). On the register it shows up as $10, two single scoops. Okay, fair enough I guess. I tell them to switch it to just 1 double scoop of the raspberry chocolate chip.
They give me regular chocolate. Slightly freezer burned. I like it enough to not complain, but am mildly disappointed.
Good ice cream, disappointed in service. 3 stars.

I love the concept! My s’mores waffle thingy was absolutely delicious and decadent (see the pic!). Cute spot with great sugary offerings and boba. Not a lot of indoor or outdoor seating, and not bike friendly.
Never again. Bought strawberry waffle had to go back she had sliced put rotten top part face down into ice cream chocolate drizzle so u don’t see it. She did make it again but I have a really really terrible upset stomach. People always go with your 1st gut instinct. Also knoticed no one really going there everyone was going to the subway next door hmmm. Look for the signs don’t ignore the signs there always there. Never ever again!!

This is my first time trying the waffle bar in this location. I’ve never been here before I ordered the Thai tea because it had an alternative milk option, and the bacon waffle.
The atmosphere was good. It was kind of empty when I was there. It did just open. It’s like 1250 as I’m writing this. The service was good. She allowed me to have time to look over the menu and decide what I wanted and she gave me recommendations on what has alternative to milk options and what does not.
The food however, was lackluster I was really disappointed with the Thai tea. It was way too late and it was watery. It seemed like they used soy milk, which doesn’t give that rich taste, but the cup was cute. Honesty, I was close to taking it back.The bacon waffle was a little surprising because the menu said crumbles for bacon and it had strips so I wasn’t expecting like ripped bacon strips. I was expecting small little like bacon crumbles and I did ask for it to go and it came in a flat container and I was expecting it to come in a cone and now I understand why it wasn’t able to come in a cone because the bacon pieces would have not allowed that.
You should probably change your menu to let people know what type of bacon they’re getting.

Great place, but at this point there's no excuse to still be on meta (facebook, instagram, etc) and Twitter. Especially twitter (now X). Mark Zuckerberg bent the knee to Trump and Elon musk is a straight-up fascist. Leave those platforms! Aside from that, the waffles are expensive, but worth the price if you're into waffles. They have a lot of drink options between teas, smoothies, and specialty drinks!
