Red curry mussels were delicious. The calamari was tough and dry, only edible by dipping in red curry from mussels. The mysterious roll was good. A few more specialty roll options without cream cheese and with sashimi would be nice. Waitress was pleasant but the host wasn't accommodating. He sat us at a table when we asked for a booth. The establishment has potential.
This is a decent sushi place. The quality is decent. It’s not phenomenal, but it’s far from bad. I came here for the 1st time today, and my experience was okay. The overall atmosphere is very crowded and lively. The service was OK. The food arrived quickly; however, the waitress was pretty condescending regarding the pronunciation of the items and the description. I recently visited a sushi restaurant that left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the ambiance of the place was inviting and comfortable, and the non-sushi dishes arrived very quickly. The appetizers and side dishes were delivered almost immediately after we placed our order, which initially gave me the impression that the service would be smooth and efficient. However, my experience with the sushi itself was far less satisfying.
