Matcha here is a good color and brand, i asked for extra matcha powder in it to be safe. it has a grassier taste (which is my personal flavor preference for matcha) you can see the texture is a little grainy towards the bottom bc of how it’s made but it’s still rly good. Love that I can trust such a business with a great mission for a good matcha. I’ve always liked their speciality lattes as well like the Highlander and the Longfellow.
Great service, house made syrups, great pastries and I love the fact that they are giving back to the community and making opportunities for our youth! None of our youth should be homeless, unsafe or go without! The coffee was amazing!
My favorite cafe in Minneapolis. Great vibes, great coffee, great pastries, great mission. Their specials are fantastic, particularly the rose latte in spring and the orange blossom latte in summer.
