I am trying to request a refund for ordering to the wrong location. I spoke to staff in the wingstop i meant to order it to and they said i could call and get a refund. I called in between 12-1am (open per google maps) and they said they were closed. Even still, they took my money all the same even when i ordered after 12am. I have called them today and was put on hold and then they completely hung up on me after answering. This is the worst service i have ever received.

UPDATE: One of us got food poisoning from this meal. Do not eat here!!
Had delivery - while the chicken tasted good, the flavors were wrong, the wrong ratios, and my 6 piece combo only had 5 wings. Fries completely forgotten on the second combo. Would not recommend for delivery since you can’t double check the bag.

Waited an hour for my food to get delivered (as described on their website) but my food was cold. But they forgot my large drink. Pretty frustrating to pay extra for a size upgrade and delivery just to get COLD FOOD AND NO DRINK! There was absolutely no way of contacting my driver or wingstop after receiving my order. I tried calling several times. Please do yourself a favor by either just picking it up yourself or get food somewhere else. Don’t let their incompetence ruin your experience, and save yourself time and money! I paid almost almost twice as much for my food just to get a fraction of what I ordered. Please do better Wingstop and Door Dash!

PMy phone had put in the wrong address and I didn’t notice until after I had placed the order. I got no email to cancel the order so I called, when I called I gave the women speaking my name and order number, she puts me on hold and then says that they can cancel the order but not refund it. She also says that they can only cancel the order if it hasn’t been placed? That in itself doesn’t make sense, why would I call to cancel an order if I didn’t place one? So I paid 30 dollars for food I didn’t get because I couldn’t get the refund and the place was about and hour away from my house. I’m very unhappy with the customer service.

I drove all the way here from an 12 hour shift , when I order a meal and there’s barley anyone there I expect it to be correct , I orders corn for my order soggy ass fries and no corn !! Then I call no pick up , store closed maneger walking around in regular clothes , no one doing they job right ??? I’ll be back tomorrow for a refund or a fresh basket of fries and my corn and then they gave me all drumbs which I did not ask for

Customer service was good, I asked for crispy and my chicken was soft for the third time. The corn is Great!! I will not be going back unless I’m just buying corn.

This is the worst wing stop I had in my life . Came home with my order and I realized I didn’t have my extra ranch’s I paid for. I went to the restaurant and he asked me what can I do about that? I said give me ranch that I paid for , can you remake my food he said it would be a 25 minute wait I waited and I came back and he said it would be additional six minute wait. I came home come to figure out that my order was still wrong and they left an item off my order also I paid for all flats . They gave me a mixed order

Ordered a 10 piece wings yesterday night. The wings were way too big, one had a feather, and they were all bloody inside! The fries were over fried. The workers don’t wear gloves, their hands were getting into the wing mixing bowls and fries since the fries don’t have lids. It was just gross.

Paid almost $100 for my family and I and when we got our order (via Wingstop delivery through their site), they gave us a 9 piece of raw corn. Not even 10. Mind you we ordered an entire family group pack as well as a 10 piece and 10 piece of corn and large fry. Haven’t gotten our money back. 0/10. cmon now.

Buyer beware - if you're missing items in your order, you'll simply be out the money. This is my first negative review, and I'm leaving it because I'm disappointed with my experience here.

Manager acknowledged they missed half my order - said they would give a refund. Gave me the run around and random non-business numbers to call to ask about refund. Never got refund for over $25 worth of missing food.
