We were looking for a local, small place to eat breakfast and found The Zumbro. We had the soup and pork breakfast sandwich and a chai tea. All very good and highly recommend to visit, you will not be disappointed.

I’ve come here my whole life and the food has always been amazing and the staff are so sweet. Highlights are the muffins, wild rice hash, and house made whipped cream. Must try!!

Multiple things were wrong with our order, plus it took 40 mins to come out. Restaurant was not even half full. We weren’t offered anything for all the mistakes.

Servers were so attentive and relaxed, i loved the tiny details put into the decor here. We ate inside but next time we’ll definitely check out the patio. The wait wasn’t too long to get our food, we ordered fruit, the Belgian waffle, French toast, bacon, sausage, hot oat milk latte and some apple and orange juice.Overall the food was pretty solid, the cherry and strawberry compote on the French toast wasn’t overpoweringly sweet. I liked the fluffy whip cream but there was a lot of it.The bitter espresso from the latte paired well with the subtle sweetness of the French toast. I wasn’t crazy about the fruit or about the fact that there is only street parking available.Just a bunch of hardworking kind people who elevate the space into a welcoming environment and lovely experience. Definitely stop in when you can!

Cute family restaurant. Tables are packed in there so you are close to other people, but we just happened to befriend our table neighbors and really enjoyed our conversation. The food was okay. I was surprised because other reviews said it was really good. Jam on toast was fabulous, but the frittata with pretty flavorless. The pancakes were better than what I could make at home but didn’t blow us away. Our server was very attentive and kind and we enjoyed all of the staff. Lastly, the prices were a little high. For 2 breakfasts and one coffee it was $55. That may just be how things are nowadays.Parking: Street parking and walk over to the restaurant. It was a beautiful day so we were happy to walk.

Great food, decent prices, good service. We sat outside in the screened in porch and it was shady and breezy and perfect.

Great place for Sunday Brunch. Does not disappoint. Be prepared for lineups but well worth the wait. Try the Chicken Hash - so good.
