I enjoyed a “Create-Your-Own” vegan bowl with tofu as the protein. There is no vegan labeling, so you just have to steer clear of meats and dairy. The flavors were very good and tasted freshly made and authentic. I found the value (price compared to portion size) to be somewhat out of balance.
