The drive thru is very fast, I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes for my drink. The staff is also so welcoming and nice— we all know that working in customer service is never fun, but the staff at this caribou always seem to be in a good mood. :)

I come to this location several times a week early in the morning before work. I absolutely LOVE the staff here! Everyone is so friendly and I always look forward to seeing them every morning!! My orders are always correct and in a timely manner! PLEASE seriously give these workers praises and raises cause they deserve it!!!! If any of yall are reading this, keep doing what you’re doing, you are doing amazing! Thank you for making my morning❤️

I love this location. I am a regular and they never fail to get my order correct, greet me kindly, remember my name, and make the best coffee I’ve gotten at any caribou location I’ve been to. Thanks yall for making my coffee everyday and being so awesome 🩷 also, when I ask for light ice, I ACTUALLY get light ice here. Not sure why this is so hard for other locations to get right

Very nice employees at this location. They ended up giving me the wrong order but made up for it by giving me a free drink coupon. They have great customer service and mistakes happen! I love their pumpkin chai latte :)
