Had to wait for my order until they ask what your name was when it should be on the shelf (took 10 extra minutes). Barely put any meat on the burrito and piled with rice. My complains go on. Went there to grab dinner with my girlfriend. Poor staff experience, under-portioned the meat and had to ask for more, they were out of fajitas, and the bowl was cold. It was barely edible. Would absolutely not recommend going here and now I know why this location has 2.2 stars. I should’ve listened to my gut when I saw that and not gone there. This all happened at 7:00pm when the restaurant is open until 10:00. Makes zero sense other than extremely poor management and lack of caring.

Been there three times in the last two weeks. First time was honestly great, had all the food in stock, friendly service, and good portions.
Second time the guy behind the counter acted annoyed that I even came in, they didn’t have any fajita vegetables, and when it was time to pay the cashier was literally roughhousing with the drive thru dude. Couldn’t be bothered to help me pay for my food for about 30 seconds of me just staring at them. Portions were much smaller than the last time too.
Today I came in and picked up my order from the app(specifically because I didn’t want to deal with the unprofessional staff) my burrito had extra everything except for the chicken. First half of my burrito had only one piece of chicken in it, so I opened up the second half to fine 6 more small pieces of chicken in it. Also had extra cheese added and it has less cheese than normal. Also no fajita veggies, even though I added it. Who would want to eat a rice and bean burrito like wth
Last thing to note is that it seemed as many of the staff members looked high, fumbled over their words, red glossy eyes, like clearly they was stoned. Don’t smoke at work y’all it’s embarrassing

I have no idea why this location is so under rated. I have been a regular here for the last 3 months and never have they disappointed either ordering inside the store or the pick up lane. Though the pickup lane people are more friendly . All these last 3 months i have never got less portion or bad food like the other chipotle locations nearby. I am surprised they have less stars but they deserve more. While ordering within the store i would suggest that the people there be a bit more friendly, a smile or anything would be better.

They stopped doing military discount. One guy there, (maybe owner) seemed annoyed and asked for a CaC and then it was gone later that week. Only went here because of that. Staff is slow, usually under portions, drink machine never works, have to constantly ask for proper portions from most crews.

I recently had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location that has left me questioning whether I’ll ever return. As a regular customer, I was shocked by the poor customer service I encountered. When I tried to pay with a $100 bill during a busy lunch hour, the staff claimed they couldn’t break it. I would have understood if it had been handled better, but the supervisor’s response was completely unacceptable.
Instead of attempting to resolve the situation professionally, the supervisor suggested I go next door to MyBurger to ask for change—an odd and unhelpful suggestion, to say the least. When I expressed my frustration, he dismissively waved me off, then proceeded to throw my food into the trash and start serving the next customer. I was absolutely bewildered by this rude behavior.
This is not how loyal customers should be treated. After this experience, I won’t be returning to this location. Management needs to seriously address these issues to ensure no other customer has to endure such an ordeal.
