This location is one of the worst chipotle's I have ever been to! The food is consistently bad. Today I did an online order for their drive thru, only to discover the drive thru was closed and blocked off. Why allow customers to order online if it is closed? The food was also terrible, the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Their support is no help either, it's just a chat bot who can't help you. Very disappointing! Their parking lot is a zoo because so many people are trying to figure out why the drive thru is closed. Do better chipotle!

The staff is amazing here. They are better than the staff at the hopkins store. They always have what i like. Unless its late at nite which is understandable. Because the cooks go home after dinner rush. The food is healthy and great. ABIY from the hopkins store is really great.

The manager in charge at the time we went there was so rude with us and other customers! So bad for this location we use to order for our crews every time we work around this area but after this visit we will look for something else He was turning on and off the soda machine and even after some customers discomfort he just don’t care!!!

People are incredibly harsh in their reviews of this place. It’s a Chipotle - it’s not fine dining. That said, the food is consistently tasty, the service is consistently helpful and courteous, and I consistently move through the line in a timely manner.
Staff was friendly and helpful, and were nice about catering to my dairy allergy (although they only changed their gloves+washed their hands, and didn’t wipe down the surface like most other chipotle’s do). Only downside was lady must have mis-heard/misunderstood me when I said I have “A severe dairy allergy” and must have thought I said another allergy, because she almost reached to put shredded cheese in my bowl when I said “Noooo!” and caught her right before she did. I also had to ask them to use new buckets of prepped food, whereas other Chipotle’s do this automatically. The food was delicious as always, there were plenty of Fajita veggies (I saw some other reviewers complaining about the lack of this. Hopefully the issue is now resolved as they were great). The atmosphere could have been cleaner, but I’m guessing they’re under staffed.

I waited as the server had his back to me and had a full blown conversation with his friend, they just let me stand there like I was invisible. When I was finally served and one of the servers when I asked for sour cream rolled her eyes and looked at me like I had committed a crime. The worst part about this is I have tried 8 different Chipotle locations and at this point am not sure which one is the worst in service because I have encounter so many rude servers like they are paying for my food. The restaurant was empty. This is another very painful reminder that CHICK FIL A is closed on Sunday.

Don't go at lunch!! They time themselves and RUSH you through the line. Asked for fajitas and they where nearly out so they gave me about 3 slices of green pepper and FORCED me to move on... I would still like fajitas please. There was 3 people in line.. ZERO reason to rush me considering it's about 35 dollars for 3 bowls. They were not very friendly about it.. visibly annoyed that I was slowing down a line of three poeple.. one of whom was my fiancee.
