This is hands down the worst chipotle. We live just down the road and everytime we come here they don’t have the veggies for the veggie bowl, and honestly it gets old. This time we came, no veggies. We asked if they are going to make anymore and they flat out said “no”. We have been here 12x at least in the last 6 months due to convenience and living down the street. We shouldnt have to drive to a different chipotle cause this chipotle never wants to keep up on their product. Whats the point of getting a veggie bowl if all the veggies which is the MAIN ingredient, is never available? It just needs to be blacked on the menu and not an option to buy at this point.

Nice portions, but they were out of many options (brown rice, chicken Al pastor, steak, and veggies) They didn’t make more until we asked them if they had any coming. Seemed strange to not have the food ready right at dinner time.

Ordered 5 meals for my family for pickup. My food had a bunch of uncooked rice in it and was missing ingredients. Hardly any meat whatsoever. We got the wrong drinks and small bags of chips when we ordered large.

You guy's purposely put poison in my brothers burrito and killed him, when i was in the bathroom an employee stole my car, fat shamed my grandma (Shes 28 why would you fat shame her ) You guys said mean things to my dog, and even grilled my dog, cupcake, when i was trying to save my brothers life from your POISON!!! you guys even spilt drinks all over us. ICE COLD DRINKS THAT STAINED MY 700 DOLLAR NEW SHIRT!!!! This business will be dealt with. Im never coming back! infact, im moving to ohio! and the people there, JUST SO MEAN!!!

I love that this location has a drive-through, but I agree with other yelpers -- the service at this location isn't the best. I ordered online and entered the drive-through for pickup and my small order wasn't ready yet. Once I did get my food, portion size seemed much smaller than the same order from other locations. Taste was good, but staff members were beyond crabby and order not ready when promised.
2 times I have ordered a burrito here through online ordering and they packed a burrito bowl ... like what? It literally says burrito when the orders are made. I'm starting to think workers are being lazy cause they don't wanna roll a burrito. People want what they order...
