They really need to learn how to make lattes. Every time I get latte or cappuccino. Taste so bad!

I usually stop over at Macy's Tastebar when I'm in Ridgedale, but happened to be closer to Nordstrom's yesterday. I had the turkey sandwich which was okay but a little too salty and the scone which was a little too sweet. The only good was the tea and the spacious seating area in front of Nordstrom's. Very disappointing.

I’ve been going here for years. The quality of service has declined ever since the original staff left. During my last trip the employee at the counter let other store employees cut ahead of me.

I walked over to see what they had a saw they were serving soup. I was told it was tortilla soup. I asked if they serve cup or bowl? The response was "yes". I ordered a cup. I also got the crunchy toppings. When I got to a spot to sit down the lady had added the toppings to the soup rather than separately like I had seen the other employees do. The soups was basically broth. Nothing in it at all. Guess I wasn't expecting to pay for a cup of broth. The only other comments I would leave is that the people behind the counter wearing masks. When they turn away from you to speak it's very hard to hear them...

Not a coffee drinker but wanted to try something new. Asked staff for a recommendation - they made the lavender chai latte and it was wonderful! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Prices are similar to Starbucks or Caribou.

Pretty over priced and over rated. Very friendly staff, kind of like a starbucks in a way.Not a ton of sitting area here, clearly ment as a grab and go location. Not sure I would go here again. The drinks went good enough to validate the price and lack of amenities.

Great coffee, great smoothies, and an amazing staff!
Pleasantly surprised by the really rich mocha I got. Well worth the stop. Don't be intimidated by it being inside a department store, it's easy to get to.

Highly recommend if you want to feel like an inconvenience

This is the 2nd review I've written about the coffee spot as someone mistakenly merged the original listing into the department store's listing, despite separate hours and access. Perhaps that's good because I can give a more weathered assessment: over the years the service has remained great, the coffee is probably the best option in the mall, but the baked good just aren't where they were when it first opened. Honestly there are better spots just west of here in Wayzata, but if you're stuck the mall, this place works. It's sort of like the store itself: they purposely keep the one at Mall of America better.
